Monday at 7:02 a.m

Chloe pov

"mom, i could have taken the bus." i growled slightly grabbing my backpack from the backseat.

"i wanted to take my little baby girl to school." she said talking like a baby squeezing my cheeks.

"mom..." i moves her hands, kiss her cheek, getting out of the car. "i love you."

"say it again. i have to record it. wait, Chloe, how do you record?" my mom asked opening her flip phone.

"mom, i'll be late for school.. i'll show you when i get home."

i smile throwing my bag over my shoulder as my mom honked the horn probably waving. i did a little wave back running inside to bump into Amanda.

"damnit, sorry Amanda, do you want to hang out tonight?"

"i wish i could but i have band practice." she said picking up her books.

"awe man, okay. maybe another time?" i handed her the last book.

"definitely Chloe."

i was walking to my locker, Madison pulled me to the side looking at me.

"can i help you or?"

"do i look okay? Corbyn coming down the hall and-"

i cut Madison off. "you look great."

"you really think so?"

"no.. just joking, yes, you're beautiful."

"don't do that to me coco." she said hitting my arm.

"i'm sorry. you and Corbyn, i ship it. i've been shipping the both of you since first grade."

"i know.. okay here i go." Madison said walking over before running off.

i shook my head, going over to my locker, Lyric ran over hitting my arm.

"ow? what?"

"first off rude, second, i haven't seen your ass all week bitch."

i laughed agreeing. "too damn long. i had to study for a dumb Science test on the stupid periodic table like who care what this element is. will i ever use it? nope."

"this is me but with math. anyway, i heard Leilani and Daniel kissed."

"No way?!!"

"it's a lie." Leilani said opening the locker beside me. "if only, we almost did."

"really?" Lyric asked.

"gosh no. i wish."

"we all need boyfriends at this point in life." Melanie says walking towards us.

"do we really?" i said closing my locker door.

"ugh, i'm kinda jealous of Elizabeth and Jonah." Leilani says.

"they only been going out since Friday." Lyric replied.

"more then you have." Melanie smirked.

"she got you there."

the bell rang, everyone went to their classes, Elizabeth and i always have first class together which is history. i walk to my spot to have Elizabeth waving her hands over. i roll my eyes laughing softly taking the seat.

it was halfway through the day. we took our seats at the lunch table. the guys across from us besides Elizabeth and Jonah. we all are really happy for them.

"looks who late again." Corbyn said.

Eben took his seat across from me smiling. "sorry that damn Biology on the another side of the building."

"can't change classes?" Daniel asked opening his milk.

"i wanted to but i need this class for my grades and shit. what did i missed?" Eben says fixing his hair.

"nothing much."

"good." Eben glanced at me quickly. "has anyone taken the science test? i didn't study like i was going to."

"it's okay just look up The periodic table on your phone before taking it. That's what i did." Lyric said.

"me too." Jack grin taking a bite of his apple.

"what's everyone doing tonight?" Elizabeth ask holding Jonah free hand.

"being with you." Jonah smile kissing Elizabeth hand.

"probably babysitting." Leilani said checking on her phone.

"need any help? i'm free tonight." Daniel ask drinking his water.

"s-sure, yeah. yes please." Leilani texts us girls.

we looked at our phone nodding. the text said to meet at Leilani house to help her get ready.

"great." Daniel replied.

the bell went off, Melanie grabbed my hand as we ran to English. Corbyn held the door for us, we thanked him, taking our seats.

the last bell rung for the school day. we said our goodbyes, we went on the bus to Leilani house to help her get ready.
