Lyric pov

"Jack?" i said waving my hand over his face.

"yeah, cool, cool." he replied.

i giggle shaking my head. "good thing this is study hall and not math."

"i'm kinda good at math.."

"mhm..." i put my hair up into a ponytail.

"can those two get a room?" Jack said looking over at Jonah and Elizabeth.

"you just want a girlfriend so you can be able to do that and probably more."

"if only i like a girl."

"maybe she's right in front of you." i smile slightly, click my pen open, writing.

"maybe?" Jack cocked his head at me.

the bell rang, i grabbed my things running to my locker, i held Madison arms looking at her.

"i might have done a thing."

"what thing?" she asked cocking her side to the side.

"i may or maybe not have told Jack somehow that i like him without really saying it.."

"did i just hear what you just said?" Leilani said closing her locker a few lockers down.

"Jonah and i heard it." Elizabeth said.

"maybe Jack didn't get it? yeah that's it." i said closing my locker.

the bell rang for class. everyone left, i bumped into someone making my books and paper fall. i sigh on my knees picking my the papers. someone handed me my book back. Jack smile, i smile back getting up.

"i'll see you later." i said snapping my fingers before running off to class.

what the hell was i thinking?! i dropped my books on the table, i wave over Chloe, patting the seat beside me opening my history book.

"hi cutie." she said taking her backpack opening it up.

"same to you." i snapped my fingers again. "i really need to stop doing that."

Chloe laugh handing me a stick of gum. i took it smiling.

"thanks. i was going to ask."

"you're welcome. you know Mr. Leak can't see us anyway."

we laughed as Mr. Leak looked at us. we look at each other covering our mouths from laughing.
