This trial is confusing for me

Everyone got to the elevator and into the trial.
Monokuma: It's round 4 of whodunnit! I wonder who the culprit could be this time.
Aoi: I already know.
Monokuma: Again?
Aoi: The one who killed Sakura are the ones who hated her. Y/N, Taka, Byakuya, or Toko. It was one of you!
Byakuya: Hmph. Idiot.
Y/N: Are you kidding me?
Toko: I-I had nothing to do with it.
Taka: I'm innocent!
Aoi: I don't wanna hear your excuses
Aoi: It was one of you...
Aoi: One of you killed Sakura.
Byakuya: And what reason do you have for saying so?
Aoi: You all had a motive...
Aoi: You hated her!
