Comfort Zone
In here, I feel warmed and safe,
Not a symbol of a warning in each single moderate pace,
How to dance the pain away?
How to laugh without tears stream down our faces?
They're all hard to explain; not even a single word could.Heavy pouring rain outside the abode,
We're full of what-if thoughts who don't even need a reload,
Our mind's eyes trailed off on the tranquil road,
Which makes us more stunned and uncontrolled. It's like our brain and body functions without our will,
Do you feel?
Our mouth tastes the suffering through salty tears,
And our nose smells the smoky surrounding full of fears. The screams, cries and beg of people,
Every night in my dreams I saw how they crumpled down; hopeless and helpless,
The sparkle in their eyes shut down, the laughter that came out from their mouths muffled off,
Why?But, the paradise they lived on betrayed them,
The people who they're with killed them; cruel and greedy,
Tho evils shall die and goods shall live— that's not how it works.
The safe zone will forever be in the arms of our loved ones. How? Why?
It doesn't need an explanation.
Nothing can explain how much we wanted to treasure the people we love,
It's their warm embrace who gives us hope to believe; it's their laughter who give us courage to continue,
And, it's their love who gives us light to beat the darkness. No buts, how and why. Because most things are better left unsaid. Most happenings are better left as a mystery that's soon to be unveiled.
