I was walking towards the parking space and saw this fancy rover that Luke drives.

"Nice car!" I say as I walk up to him.

"Nah. Not really. Let me carry your stuff." Before I could refuse, he was there taking all of my stuff. And open the passenger seat for me.

Did someone poisoned you?

I never really noticed that i said it out loud until Luke laughed at me and said "No. I'm a gentleman you know. Just never really had a chance to show it to you."

I raised my right brow in a suspicious kind of a way and said "mmhmmmm, okay."

We drove past in-n-out, starbucks, ended up at McDonalds aGAIN.

We ordered those BFF Bundles because we're starving and a woman who works their obviously, gave us a booth.

"Thank you." I say as the woman responded with a genuine smile.

"You ready for some french fry fight?" Luke grins.

"10 bucks you got it?" I bet.

"Deal."

2 large fries wasn't even that hard. We both finished the exact same time. I groaned as for Luke still smiles like an idiot.

"Okay, cheeseburgers!" My eyes grew big as for I am 12354314% sure that I cannot possibly eat THREE CHEESEBURGERS without a break.

"Ohhkaaaay." I'm not gonna back out, I can't just lose my ten bucks just like that.

I was still on my first cheeseburger and i'm already feeling nauseous. Luke on the other hand was about to eat his third cheeseburger but he stopped. I gave him a look of confusion.

"Go, eat. Enjoy the food. I'll wait for you until you finish the second cheeseburger." He said while drinking the coca-cola.

I just nod and enjoyed my meal.

It took me at least 10 minutes to finish the two cheeseburgers and now we are back with the 10 dollar challenge. I was sipping the coca-cola and said "Alright! Letz do dizzzzz." I opened the wrapper of tye cheeseburger and had a very large bite. I was so into the game, Luke looks like he's about to throw up any minute by now.

I finished the cheeseburger and Luke is still halfway through the burger. "Ha! Ten bucks beyotch!" Luke put down his burger and sip the soda again. "I gave my way and let you win." Lule explain. "Stop bitching about it, just admit that I won the damn game." I say proudly. "Hahaha" he chuckles. "Okay princess if that's what you want. You win." "That's my boy!" I grin. "Told you I could beat you!" We ended up cackling like crazy animals.

Luke drove me home. "Guess i'll see you for tomorrow. Finals! You better study fat ass." I say to Luke. He grabbed my hand and I stared at pur hands being intertwined. "Why?" I asked. "Stay for like a minute. I wanna tell you something." I raised my eyebrows and stayed as what he asked. A minute with him won't be bad. Right?

"Ara," he breathes. God he's beautiful.

"I-- I like you." He spat.

"Aw Luke! Don't be silly. Enough with playtime alright? I'm gonna go now."

"No! Ara. I really do like you. But I don't want to ruin our friendship. Please tell me this won't change things? I'm pretty sure you like that other dude but it's okay. I can wait. I really can. Just, best friends?" He offers. I stared at his beautiful eyes and saw how genuine his words were. I tried to act like it's no big deal at all. The thing is, he doesn't know that "that other dude" was him.

"Of course! I promise. Best friends!" I gave him a tight hug and got outside of the car. "Study hard alright?" I say as I wave and he took off.

I went inside and shut the door. What the fuck did just happened?
