***Daniel's Point of View***

No one has been to see me in ages. I have over heard some crazy information that my guards gossip about outside the tent. I don't know if it's true or not, but for some reasons these guards think that Caroline has wings. It can't be true. That's not possible. Although people in the old ages thought that vampires didn't exist and we all know that they do. I have also heard that some werewolf is mated to my little si- I mean Allison. He is mated to Allison. I can't see her as my little sister anymore. She is a monster. She isn't the same person anymore. She can't be.

***Landon's Point of View***

"I cannot believe you let him do that." I muttered to Allison as her puppy scout was currently making himself at home on my only sleeping pallet. Not an issue at all if he wasn't covered in mud! She was lucky he was on the corner at the bottom so I could sleep without it really effecting me. Maybe some would get on my feet, but that's not a hugedeal. "He was cold." She explained smiling innocently from her nice and clean pallet. I roll my eyes knowing she probably urged him onto my pallet so that hers didn't get dirty. "You could have taken him to the stream and washed him off before trying to get him to fall asleep and you know it. I accused while moving the sleeping pup onto Allison's pallet. She responded with a horrified expression as the puppy burrowed into her side getting mud on her shirt and arm. She vamped away from the puppy trying evade the mud, but it was too late. She gasped dramatically at the mud on her shirt and then groaned in annoyance when she saw Scout rolling onto his back spreading himself and his mud out right in the middle of her pallet. This caused me to bend over in laughter because Allison always sleeps in a ball right in the middle of her pallet. "He was cold, Allison." I explained after I recovered from my laughter. All I got was an eye roll and a huff as she vamp sped onto my pallet.

"Oh no, Allison. That's not happening. You hog the whole pallet I barked trying to roll her off of the pallet. Well since she was a vamp she easily over powered me and stayed rooted, much to my exasperation. I heard obviously fake snores coming from the 'sleeping' ball also known as Allison. "Fine," I sighed giving in like usual. "but you are not sleeping in the middle. Move over and make room for me or it's the mud pallet with scout." I order and the 'sleeping' ball rolls to one side of the pallet leaving enough room for me to sleep comfortably. Soon her fake snores turned into real ones and I knew she had fallen asleep. She may be annoying sometimes, but I love her. That thought was interrupted by Allison rolling over and her elbow ramming into my back. I held in the grunt of pain and sighed while moving over slightly so I wasn't being impaled all night.

***Caroline's Point of View***

After I threatened William and Brandon to secrecy about my snot problem we continued on our journey. "They have stopped to sleep. I can sense her relaxation and heartbeat. They are consistent with being asleep." He explained before I could ask. "If we keep going for about another hour and then stop to rest till dawn we should be able catch them at around midday." He said while picking up his pace slightly. I knew he was excited too. She was his mate and his other half. I didn't want to admit it to myself, but I was jealous of him. She didn't have to remember him to know she was his mate. She didn't have any memories to remember of him. They had a supernatural pull towards each other. I want to be happy for my little sister and part of me is, but another part of me cannot be. She has to remember memories of the rest of us though I remind myself. She is a vampire mated to a werewolf. The only life she has memories of is about to be torn apart. She is going to feel pain and I have no right to begrudge her someone who can support her through this.

"I'm scared." I confessed to William who had been shooting me questioning glances the past mile or so. "Everyone is." He assured me. "We don't know what's going to happen, but I believe that your love --" "Please don't give me that your love can conquer all speech." I groaned. William laughed and shoved me slightly. "I was going to say your love was in the non-rhyming prophecy so I'm sure it can get you through this." He explained while wiggling his eye brows at me. I let out a loud laugh at this. I will never live down the fact that I am upset about my prophecy not rhyming. I don't know when it started, but William has turned into an older brother for me. Older brother ...Daniel. I push the thought of him down for now. William has always supported me and seems to know what I am thinking before I even say it out loud. He has helped me so much and I think he and Ellie are just the cutest couple. It makes me laugh when I think about her a tiny human being able to have William wrapped around her little finger. She has helped me through this as well. I never really had any girlfriends except for Allison. All I had was Landon and Daniel. All three of them are no longer in my life or refusing to be in my in it. I just need them back. All of them.
