8:10 a.m.Cam's POV.
I walked into the classroom, and Briana was sitting in her seat, texting away on her phone. I smiled, then went up to my seat, causing her to look up."Hey," she said, putting her phone down. "You ready for this test?"
"Not really."
"I'm sure you'll do fine. I have confidence in you, Cameron."
She's the only person that calls me by my whole name, and I like it. I don't know why I like it, I just do.
Our professor walked in, put her bag on her desk and took the test papers out. As she started to pass them out, I turned to face Briana, and we fist bumped.
"Good luck," she winked.
"Thank you. Good luck to you too."
Ms. Allen gave us our tests and we got started.

After only twenty-five minutes, Briana was the first one to turn in her test. As she was walking out of the door, I was finishing my last problem. I quickly turned in my test so I could catch up with her.
"Briana!"
She turned around, and I ran up to her. "You sure did finish pretty fast."
"There were only five problems," she chuckled.
"Yeah, five long problems."
"Well, you finished right after me, so you must have known what you were doing."
"I had a good tutor."
She smiled at me, and we walked outside. I wasn't ready to part ways with her, but I didn't know what to say.
"So, what are you about to do now?" I asked.
"I don't know. It's still early, so I might go back to my room and go to sleep. Why?"
"I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out," I said nervously.
"Yeah, sure."
We went to go get something to eat then went back to the dorm.
"When do you think our grades will be posted?" I asked.
"Well, our last test grades she put up right away, so they could be up now."
"Should we check?"
"Yeah."
"Alright. You can check yours first."
She got off my bed and sat at the desk. She logged onto her student account, checked her grade, then logged out.
"I got a 100," she said, standing up, "now it's your turn."
I nervously sat in the chair to check my grade, and I can honestly say I was surprised.
"Well, what'd you get?" she asked anxiously.
"I got a 100, too."
"See! I knew you would do just fine," she smiled.
She gave me hug, and I guess I was caught up in the moment because I pulled her on my lap and kissed her. She kissed back, making me feel better about my spontaneous decision.
"Yo, Cam, we — oh shoot, my bad!"
We pulled away and snapped our heads toward the door, where Michael was standing with a smirk on his face.
"I uh, I should p-probably go," Briana said, getting off my lap.
"Oh, no. You stay; I'll go." Michael continued to smirk as he walked out.
As soon as the door closed, she turned around to face me. "I'm sorry."
"No, don't apologize. I'm the one who should aplogize. I shouldn't have —"
"Don't worry about it," she said, touching my upper arm. "I probably should go though."
She started for the door, but I grabbed her hand and looked down at her. "So, um, you know Desmond is having a party tomorrow."
"Yeah."
"I was wondering if you, uh, if you wanted to go with me," I said.
"S-sure."
"Cool. So I'll come get you around 8:30."
"Okay," she smiled, "I'll see you tomorrow."
"See you tomorrow."
I slowly bent down to kiss her lips once more, then let go of her hand. I watched her walk out of the dorm and when she was gone, I went back in the room, lied on my bed and smiled up at the ceiling.
