Ch. 29 "Focus"

                                                            Alicia POV

I am slammed to the ground by my throat by Derek once again, I'm out of breath ever since that night I took off, Derek won't let me go to school until he is convinced I'm in control, 

Right now he is trying to train me, but the problem is he is much bigger and stronger than me, Peter was off on the couch, 

"Not good enough again," Derek said 

I try controlling my breathing as I am getting frustrated, what the heck am I supposed to do? I'm nine not his age I thought 

He went for me I dodged, he went for me again, I dodged again, but then he finally got a hold of me and slammed me to the ground again, 

I let out a groan, 

I'm on my hands and knees about to get up, 

"Alicia you need to try again this isn't a game, you need to focus!" Derek said 

Once he started yelling, I heard my dad's voice 

"You pathetic waist of space! you are nothing! a useless child who can't even get good grades!" My dad's voice echoed in my head, 

I felt anger, Peter looked at me with shock, 

I started growling, I felt Derek's hand on my shoulder that quick I grabbed his hand and flipped him on his back pinning him by his throat, as I continued to growl, 

"Ally calm down," Derek said looking up at me, 

I was having a hard time controlling my anger which is not like me I never really got angry, until recently, 

"Mini Lahey focus," Peter said looking at me, 

"Take a deep breath," Peter said again I did as I was told, 

"Good, now exhale," Derek said 

I did as I was told again, and I felt myself calm down, 

I stood up, 

"I'm- I'm sorry," I said looking away from Derek, 

"Hey, Hey it's alright," Derek said getting to my level, 

"Your still learning how to control this, not to mention I've been pushing you a lot these past couple of days," Derek said 

"Not to mention you haven't exactly been sleeping," Peter said 

Derek looked at me shocked, 

"Oops did I say that?' Peter said smirking 

I glared at him, 

"Why haven't you been sleeping?" Derek said looking at me concerned 

"I don't know," I said shrugging, 

"Ally?" Derek said sternly, 

"I don't know what if- what if I never control this and I hurt someone," I said looking at both of them, 

"You will that's why we told the pack not to come by for a few days so we can help you gain some control," Derek said 

"How can you be so sure? I mean none of you... none of you-" I said not exactly getting the words out, 

"Fully transform?" Peter said 

I nodded 

"I know but were going to get you through this no matter how long this takes okay," Derek said 

I nodded 

           

                                             Peter POV 

I was on the couch watching Derek push Mini Lahey, as they trained thump! down again, another thump, followed by another thump, 

I look to see she's getting aggravated, 

Thump! Down again, 

But this time she's on her knees closing her eyes and when she opens them they are a bright green, canines showing, 

Derek puts his hand on her shoulder and she flips him over her that he's on his back and she wraps her hand around his throat as she growled 

"Ally calm down," Derek said looking up at her,

she was having a hard time controlling my anger which is not like her she never really got angry, until recently,she always was a happy kid bubbly but the bite does that to some people 

"Mini Lahey focus," I said looking at her,

"Take a deep breath," I said again she did as she was told,listening to my every word if only the rest of them would listen to me this easily 

"Good, now exhale," Derek said

She did as she was told finally calming down

She stood up,

"I'm- I'm sorry," she said looking away from Derek,

"Hey, Hey it's alright," Derek said getting to her  level,

"Not to mention you haven't exactly been sleeping," I said

Derek looked at Her shocked,

"Oops did I say that?' I said smirking

She glared at Me,

"I don't know," She said shrugging,

"Ally?" Derek said sternly,

"I don't know what if- what if I never control this and I hurt someone," She said looking at both of Us,

"You will that's why we told the pack not to come by for a few days so we can help you gain some control," Derek said

"How can you be so sure? I mean none of you... none of you-" She said not exactly getting the words out,

"Fully transform?" I said

She nodded

"I know but were going to get you through this no matter how long this takes okay," Derek said

She nodded 

I have to admit I've grown rather attached to the little one, and to bit not once but twice poor kid I thought watching as she looked worried, 

I stood up, 

"How about we go get some ice cream," I said looking down at her, 

She looked at Derek since he's Alpha, 

"Sure why not," He said 

"You earned it," He said 

With that we all walked out of the loft
