(Y/N): It's gone
Momo: What do you mean gone?
(Y/N): I can't use my quirk anymore
Deku: I'm sorry (Y/N)
(Y/N): Guys it's ok seriously I'll manage
Tsuyu: I dont see how you're gonna be a hero without a quirk
The entire class of 1-A was standing around Deku and I. We've both been put in the same room of the hospital. The rest of the students in 1-A had decided to come and visit those who were still in their recovery process. It was a couple days ago since the events of the training camp. I was no longer a super hero, it was just like before.
Kirishima: I'm sorry man it shouldn't have ended like this
(Y/N): You guys are seriously blowing this out of proportion. We should be worrying about Bakugou .... ya know the person who was kidnapped. Whats the next move
Tenya: There isn't a next move we just have to sit back and wait for the pros to settle it
(Y/N): What are you talking there's no way for the pros to even find the League
Momo: Well actually there is. During the attack I was able to plant a tracking device on a nomu. The police and the pros are aware of this and are already planning the next move
Tenya: You see there's nothing to worry about its all a matter of time
The room grew silent. Everyone stood silent in their thoughts.
(Y/N): I'm gonna go after him
Tsuyu: (Y/N) ARE YOU CRAZY
Kirishima: I'll go with you
Tsuyu: WHAT?!?!
Tenya: You guys are not thinking straight we're students theres nothing we can do
(Y/N): Thats stupid ....... I've been a hero for so long already. I dont need permission from people who barley know me to do whats right
Tsuyu: (Y/N) YOU DONT HAVE A QUIRK ANYMORE
(Y/N): I'll manage
Tsuyu: HOW!?!?
Tenya: (Y/N) YOU'RE THINKING LIKE A MADMAN, EVERYONE IS UPSET THAT WE FAILED BAKUGOU BUT GROW UP
Kirishima: YOU DONT UNDERSTAND .... WE HAVE TO DO THIS ..... I HAVE TO DO THIS
Tenya: If its not in our place to judge then we shouldn't do anything about it .... I learned that the hard way ..... I wont let another one of my classmates make the same mistake I did. Relax with this time you have.
Tenya walks out with the rest of the class following behind. Tsuyu gives me a hug holding me in her arms she whispers something in my ear before following everyone else.
Tsuyu: Please don't do it.
The door slams shut with one person other than Deku and I in the room.
Kirishima: Im serious ya know
Deku and I look and Kirishima
Kirishima: I've convinced Momo .... were gonna leave tonight and go after him. With the nature of your injuries I understand if you both refuse to go, but just in case we will wait outside for you both.
Without saying a word I stand up pulling the various instruments of my body and walking toward Kirishima. I look at him in the eyes
(Y/N): A while back when I first discovered my quirk I had to opportunity to use it for good but didn't. As a result someone very close to me suffered for it
Kirishima's eyes begin to open with shock and a hint of familiarity.
(Y/N): Even if I dont have a quirk now I refuse to not help someone in their time of need.
I hold my hand out for Kirishima to shake it. He looks down at it anxiously before grabbing ahold.
(Y/N): I'll see you tonight
Kirishima leaves only Deku and I remain.
(Y/N): I'm assuming you're coming too
Deku gives a nod tears coming out of his eyes
Deku: I couldn't do anything in that moment before ....... If only I was fast enough
(Y/N): Don't beat yourself up now Deku we still have a chance. We'll save Bakugou and it'll be just like before.
Deku: (Y/N) ........ the doctor said that if I keep hurting my arms-
(Y/N): You'll lose all function in them right
Deku: How'd you know?
(Y/N): I just assumed ..... it's ok Deku you're the One-For-All successor for a reason just keep doing your best and you'll make it
Deku: (Y/N) ..... with your quirk gone. How will you be a hero?
(Y/N): To be honest Deku. I don't know ..... I'm actually terrified, It's been so long since I've been without a quirk. But I've made a promise to someone and I need to keep it
Deku: I- ....... I could give you my quirk
I look at Deku
(Y/N): Deku you've been given an opportunity by one of the greatest heroes of all time. Dont squander it on someone like me.
I turn and make an effort to leave the room
Deku: The staff wouldn't like to see you out and about before your discharged
(Y/N): I'll be just on the room thinking about tonight

I pull out my phone and call Mr. Stark
Mr. Stark: I'm sorry about what happened kid
(Y/N): What am I supposed to do know? I can't just go back to queens and act like all of this never happened
Mr. Stark: I shouldn't have let you go down by yourself
(Y/N): It's not your fault Mr. Stark if you sent down Miles with me I doubt the situation would've ended up different. Doc Oc knew what he was getting into that night
Mr. Stark: NO .... I should've went down with you
(Y/N): ....... what?
Mr. Stark: I brag about being your mentor and all but almost every step along the way I've failed you. I havent been there in the way I should've been
(Y/N): It's ok ...... theres gonna be a time when you're not here and I'm gonna have to do things by myself. Although you haven't been a conventional teacher you've helped me in so many ways. Without you I'd still be stuck in queens doing vigilante work, but here you've given me the opportunity to actually become a real hero and not the one that JJ dogs on all the time.
Mr. Stark: Kid ....... I have an idea
(Y/N): What?
Mr. Stark: I won't explain it to you right now but I have a plan ..... everything's gonna be ok. Just sit tight and don't do anything crazy ok.
Mr. Stark hangs up. I drop my phone, my hands going limp. Looking toward the deep blue sky, realizing what was about to happen.
(Y/N): No promises Mr. Stark
I a quirkless kid ......... was probably gonna die tonight.
