"Dan." PJ called looking up from his food. The brunette ignored him stabbing at his food. "Dan," Sophie began softly "please eat." Her voice warm in the air. The stubborn boy nodded before tearing apart his pasta with his fork. He placed down his fork "I'm not hungry." He spoke crossing his arms like a child. Sophie frowned "Dan, we love you. We just want to protect you." Phil spoke up "as if. You attempted to send me away multiple times." His voice was raw and full of hurt. "Dan I-" the hazel eyed male rose from his seat. "May I be excused?" He asked Sophie and PJ ignoring Phil's gaze.

"Of course." PJ nodded "take your time" Dan left the kitchen and traveled out the front door. The cold air nipping at his pasty skin as he walked away from the house. His mind spinning in alarm as he had nowhere safe to go. He hugged his arms around his frame before moving across the street.

He felt restless as he came to a stop. He eyed a bench and sat down on it. His eyes barely able to keep unveiled. With a tired sigh his caramel eyes closed.

When the first hour had past PJ got up from his dining chair. "Dan isn't back yet." He spoke with fear "there's supposed to be a storm soon." Sophie warned standing up as well the couple grabbed their winter jackets before leaving the house. Phil was lost in thought as the other two searched for miles to find Dan.

"I see a head of brown hair Peej!" Sophie pointed to a snowed down bench and a shivering boy. "Oh my god!" Both fled the car as their legs carried them speedily toward the unconscious boy. "He's turned blue." PJ mumbled Sophie helped carry Dan back to the car before they drove to the hospital. PJ turned the heat up in the backseat to defrost Dan as their long journey to the hospital began.
