Chapter Seven:

JJ POV: After I told her she had beautiful eyes too she did something that left me stunned, but happy at the same time. She kissed me she put her hand on my thigh and I kissed back and put my hand her cheek. She pulled away and said, "JJ oh my gosh I'm so sorry I didn't mean to do that." "Em it's okay. Kiss me again."

Emily POV: I felt her kiss back, but I didn't really pay attention to it. I told her that I didn't mean to kiss her then she said the unexpected "kiss me again" "Really?" She nodded and I sealed the space between our lips. I still had my hand on her thigh she moved her free hand and put it over the one on her thigh. I smiled. "JJ I think we need to talk, not that I don't enjoy this, obviously I do, but we need to." "Okay." We moved over to the couch and she sat beside me. "Jen what are you doing? Just because we're going to have a serious conversation doesn't mean you don't sit on my lap." She laughed and said "Now I know why you wanted me to do this." "Do you?" She tilted her head and looked at me as if she was confused. "You're cute when you're confused." "Really Em?" "Okay sorry sorry. Seriously JJ I really like you and I want to give us a try, but if you don't want to I understand." "Em I like you too. Yes I do want to try, but I don't want to move too fast." "Okay!" "You're really happy about this aren't you? "Yes Jen I am." We went to my bedroom and she laid her head on my chest and gave me soft kiss on my neck. I used my finger to lift her chin up and give her a kiss. She cuddled into me more. "JJ this is going to surprise you, but I'm so in love with you. I know you said we wouldn't move fast I just thought you would want to know." She looked up at me and said "Em I know and we're not moving too fast. You're just explaining your feelings for me. And for the record I love you too."
