Gramadon suggested we unfused for the rest of the night to give our fusions a rest. Bansha and I couldn't sleep. I just thinking about Lai. I was training because when I see Merlcan's face I am going to cave it in. Bansha was trying to meditate in the corner
I sighed just I stop punching the punching bag " please be safe"
I feel a hand on my shoulder. I look over to see Ray and Maya
"Uncle Ray, Auntie Maya what are you doing here? It's like 3AM"
"Actually it's 7AM" I look out the window and see the sun already in the sky
"...oh I guess I didn't notice"
"You're worried"
"Of course I'm worried Uncle Ray! Who knows what that asshole is doing to them?!"
Maya laughed
"...how is this funny?"
"Sorry, I just I haven't seen you this worried since Kai was a baby.....it's was a nice memory"
"You knew Kai before?" Bansha opened her eyes and floated over
"Yeah, Uncle Ray and Auntie Maya were always visiting Wu and they brought Kai"
"He was such a hand full back then" Ray smile at the memory
"Still is if you asked me" Bansha said to Morro who laughed
"He was always getting him into danger. Whether he was playing with swords or somehow waddling around the cliffside. I was always making sure he lived to see age 2"
Everyone laughed
"Don't worry, we'll save them Mr. and Mrs. Smith"
"We know you will" Maya planted a motherly kiss on Morro's forehead like she had done many times before.
"And until you do, they have each other. They'll be fine as long as they stay together"
"Now come to breakfast, can't save the day on a empty stomach"
Bansha and Morro fused and Ray, Maya and Ghost handed to breakfast

Everyone was gathered in the control room
"We will spread out and look for Merlcan's base. If you find it, don't engage. Report back first" Sensei Gramadon said and they nodded
"So where do we start looking?"
"Well Jole, he's probably not in Birchwood forest. It's too cold for anyone but Zane......and well me to stay there for long" Zalyn stated looked at the map
"With that logic, we can eliminate any and all snowy areas. Also Kai, and probably Lai is scared of water so that eliminates Stiix" Misako added
"Which leaves us with.......everyway else"
"I'll look in the Sea of Sand! I could visit my parents.....stay focus Jole!"
Zalyn chuckled at Jole's antics"I'll take Ignacia"
"Which leaves me with Jamanakai village"
"And we'll monitor Ninjago City from here on the bounty" Wu said with a nod
"Remember Merlcan is Master of illusions. He can make you see things that aren't there"
"Let's go you guys!"
