When They Become One | Seventeen

Nineteen: Fight

After school, Jisoo and Seokmin were at the kitchen along with Minghao and Mingyu making dinner. Jeonghan and Seungcheol went on a date almost thirty minutes ago. As they were getting the dinner table ready, Seungkwan decided to build up the courage and go talk to Hansol. He knocked on the door and walked inside to see Hansol rolled up in bed with a blanket and watching some videos on his phone, he walked up to him and sat on the bed with his legs hanging from the edge "Hansol?" he called but only got ignored he called two more times and Hansol continued to ignore him, Seungkwan was done with Hansol and grabbed his phone from his grip "Hey!" "Now you can give me your attention" Seungkwan smirked and Hansol rolled his eyes before wrapping himself with the blanket again, well he tried to, Seungkwan grabbed the blanket and threw it on the floor before getting on top off Hansol and pinning his hands on the bed. Hansol's eyes widened as Seungkwan kept a smirk on his face "Now that I finally have your attention, I'll just get to the point, I like you idiot and I have for a while but your annoying ass kept ignoring me making me feel more guilty than I already was and I was also scared of you rejecting me so you better accept my feelings for you or I'll literally force you" Seungkwan confessed in one breath still locking eyes with Hansol who shocked at first but then smirked, soon Seungkwan was now the one pinned on the bed and Hansol was on top "It worked" Hansol said keeping a smirk on his face, Seungwkan looked at him confused and raised an eyebrow "What worked?" "Me ignoring made you realize your feelings for me and now here you are confessing to me thinking I'll reject you!" Seungkwan frowned "So you planned all this?" "Mhm" Seungkwan smiled as Hansol started leaning in, their faces were so close that they could feel their warm breath on each other's skin, Hansol was about go close the gap when they both shouting "What's going on?" "I don't know but I think Jeonghan and Seungcheol hyung are back and their fighting" both of them quickly got up and rushed outside

"Can you just stop?! You've already ruined everything today"
"How am I the one that ruined today?! You're the one that's being moody as fuck!"
"CHOI FUCKING SEUNGCHEOL IF YOU DON'T SHUT UP I'LL DO SOMETHING YOU WON'T LIKE"
"DID YOU JUST SHOUT AT ME?!" Jisoo rushed to the front door and saw the couple fighting, Jeonghan looked like he was on the verge of tears by Seungcheol's sudden rise in voice and Seungcheol was clearly guilty but kept an angry face on "What's going on?" "Jisoo!" Jeonghan called and ran to hug the younger "There you go again! All you think about is Jisoo..i'm YOUR BOYFRIEND NOT JI-" "Hyung! Stop" Wonwoo put his hand on Seungcheol's shoulder to calm him down and it seemed like it worked but it actually didn't, Seungcheol looked at everyone around him including Jeonghan before rushing out the dorm and slamming the door shut "aish that dumbass" Jeonghan said as he let his tears roll down his face. Jisoo hugged him tightly. Wonwoo was going to run after Seungcheol but Jihoon stopped him "He needs some time alone" Wonwoo nodded "We should go eat" Jun said earning a smack from Minghao "What? So you just want the food you made to go to waste?!" "shut up"

Seungcheol left the dorm feeling angry, not at his boyfriend, not at his friends, but at himself, he let his feelings get the best of him and made Jeonghan and the rest of his friends upset and disappointed at him. 'what kind of leader does this?' Seungcheol let out a bitter chuckle and let his legs lead him. A couple of minutes of walking he found himself in front of his parents' mansion, he looked up at the huge mansion and half-smiled at the thought of getting to hear his mother's sweet voice again. He walked to the door and hit the doorbell waiting for someone to answer. A minute later, the door opened revealing a gorgeous middle-aged woman "Seungcheol! What brings you here?" Seungcheol didn't answer and gave his lovely mother a hug, he inhaled her comforting smell and hid his face in her neck "Mom" he called "Yes dear?" she answered "Mom" he whispered "Yes cheol?" she answered again "M-mom" Seungcheol called again, his voice barely audible as he started crying "Cheollie what's wrong dear?" her voice sounded worried, she tried to look at her son's face but he didn't budge and just kept crying in her embrace

After Seungcheol calmed down, his mother and him were sitting on the couch. Seungcheol was cuddled up against his mother as she brushed her fingers through his hair "Tell me what's wrong?" Seungcheol sighed before he spoke "I have a boyfriend, he's so amazing and is absolute perfection. I love him more than anything and today we went on a date, it was so lovely and we had fun walking and playing in the arcade but I just had to be an idiot and ruin our moment by telling him that I'm jealous of his best friend! What makes it worse is that I'm literally friends with him and I know he's already in a relationship. I know his boyfriend and how much both of them are in love with each other. I know how much Jeonghan loves me and know that he wouldn't cheat on me but I just couldn't help but feel jealous of how close they were, even when we were fighting he ran to HIM and hugged HIM he complains to HIM it's just always Jisoo it's never m-- ugH! I'm doing it again" "Seungcheol dear" He looked up at his mother as she cupped his face "You should go apologize to him, I can tell how much you love him and I know that you need him. Now go tell him exactly what you told me, if he truly loves you he'll forgive you" His mother kissed his cheeks and patted his back as he hugged her one last time before getting up "I think I should go talk to him now... Thanks mom you're the best" "anything for you dear" she smiled as she finally saw her son smiling again

"I'm sorry Seungcheol..I'm so sorry" she said after her son left and sobbed
