"A what!" Dawn backed away from the red cloth. "A Sigma mark meaning there's one on the loose." Cedric grabbed the cloth as he spoke, he proceeded to put it in his pocket. "A Sigma? They haven't been seen since the time Zeta ripped one-off it's head eras ago." Emilio looked shocked, "Goro said, Sigma will come back eventually they hide so no one can see them." Alwen replied. "Though Zeta, Goro's Master, may have ripped the sigma head apart, it can grow it back by sleeping for eternity until it's powerful again." Cedric said. "So you saying, Zeta's sigma is still alive?" I asked Cedric, he looked at me, and paused. "No, it means that one Sigma passed his powers to another demon before eventually dying from Zeta's shock." Cedric answered, "Wait, but didn't he slept for eternity to become powerful? Cause he escaped Zeta?" Alwen asked, "He escaped but, everyone knows Zeta was mighty; he used his shock to eliminate its head, the Sigma heart was dying from that shock before it escaped. So I believe it possibly gave 7 of its heart to each of its trusted minions to become a Sigma." Unmei said as his eyes reverted to normal. "But why was he marked?" Alwen looked at Aka's burnt corpse. "He asked a demon for a favor." Cedric answered. "Every time a human being requests help from a demon, it leaves a mark, but I'm not sure why it left a Sigma and not a regular lotus mark." Cedric pondered as Dawn goes back to the hut. "Where are you going?" I asked, "Let's at least respect the little girl's body and bury her." Dawn said with a low voice. Everyone follows her into the hut, as Cedric grabs the little girl's decapitated corpse wrapped around a table cloth outside. Alwen created a burial on the ground using her earthly magic, as Unmei patched it up with a seal so no demon would disturb her. Emilio hugged Dawn gently as she kicked him on the knee. "FU-" Emilio stopped from shouting as Cedric put his hands into a prayer. "How can someone do that to their own kid?" Alwen looked a bit depressed. "If he needed something so badly, why sacrifice yourself and the child." Alwen fists came to form as I replied, "People will do anything for power."
Dawn came running towards us out of breath. "What happened?" Unmei looked confused. "In...the...big....hut...are..." Dawn took a deep breath, "There are ritual scrolls in the big hut." Everyone hurried over there, as I stared a the tiny burial made for the girl; I plucked a dandelion and place it onto the soil, making sure she knew someone cared. As I arrived at the big hut, there were many symbols, yet not a sign of the other villagers. "I don't get how such a small village can disappear? Did Aka eat them or something?" Alwen asked while looking through a desk. "No, he was incapable of eating that many. I think some escaped but not that far since the mountain going down becomes slippery." Unmei said as he sat and read the scrolls. "Then those Gammas ate them? Like the ones we saw before?" Emilio asked as he sat doing nothing. "No, the Gamma was a newborn, and everyone knows when a Gamma was just born, it means there a demon close by creating them." Cedric replied as Dawn hit Emilio with a book, "Do some work and don't sit around!" She shouted as he rubbed his temples. "Something not adding up." I said; everyone looks at me, confused. "Group F came here to get a Gamma requested by Aka, and that time he was fine. So now when he requested us again, with no objective, and him becoming a Gamma himself, don't you think he has purposely was always a Gamma?" Cedric pondered. "The symbol on his head was by a Sigma, yet, he was a Gamma. Weren't we attacked by one? Group F captured one while he was still human with the fog, don't you see? He was being manipulated by a Sigma." I said everyone was shocked. "Aka was strong, yet he was old, so of course, he cannot concentrate properly on not letting a demon in his mind. The green marble I gave to Alwen is a symbol of possession that Sigma plugged into his heart." Alwen scrambled in her pouch, looking for the marble. "Alwen, the marble?" Cedric asked. Alwen stood quiet for a while, "Please don't yell at me, I may have lost it." She showed the pouch that was ripped on the bottom with a small hole as Emilio freaked out. "Oh, for fuck sake." Unmei facepalmed. "It's not like we can't find it." Alwen nervously said. "Alwen and I will go back to the burial of the girl. Maybe it dropped there." I said, "Dawn and Emilio, you stay here looking for more research." They both nodded as Cedric and Unmei stared at me for orders. "Cedric take Sushi and look into the fog coming up ahead from the forest while Unmei looks around for clues for the missing villagers." They nodded, and all of us split up.
"What do you think about this, Unmei?" Cedric asked as they both walked towards the forest, "I think there's a Sigma here or at least something powerful like a Sigma causing all this fog and disappearance of the villagers." Unmei answered; Cedric and Unmei stood silent the rest of the way there as Sushi accompanied them. "I'm going this way for clues, flare the air if you need me," Unmei said before disappearing into the forest's other side. Cedric proceeds inside the fog with Sushi. "Why is there so much fucking mist. I can barely see in this shithole of a forest." Cedric muttered. Sushi eyes began to glow. "You sense something here, Sushi? Do you know where?" Cedric asked Sushi, she walked ahead as he followed. "I can't believe you lost the marble," I said as I look disappointed, digging up a grave for a child. "Okay, I know this is terrible, but it's the only way to know if it's not in here," Alwen said as she dug carefully as well with her hand. "This is vile, I can't keep doing this." Alwen looked green. "You lost it, you dig!" I shouted, and she sighed eventually; we touched the cloth with our hands; we look around the fabric to see if the marble had dropped there as we saw a slight green glow. "Oh, there it is!" Alwen said as she grabbed the marble off the cloth's side, but a tiny handheld it. "What the fuck!" Alwen shouted as she stepped back as I did too. "Don't tell me she's?" Alwen stared the little girl's body, transforming into Gamma with the green marble in her eye.
"Are you gonna help me or not?" Dawn looked at Emilio, who sat staring at the same book for the past twenty minutes, and he rolled his eyes, "Hey, I'm trying, but this book is hard to decipher." Dawn took a deep breath and kept looking in the storage and found a box. "Emilio, come here and help me get this, please." Emilio ignored Dawn and kept reading, and she sighed. She jumped on her Scythe and summoned it to take the box as it fell onto her hands. "Useless men, seriously," She muttered. The box had a lotus seal upon it with the words, "Mors Vincit Omnia." She thought to herself for a moment where she had heard those words before. "Mors Vincit Omnia..." As she said those words out loud, the box began to open, and inside flashed green. Emilio looked up at Dawn, "Hey, what the hell was that?" He asked as Dawn ignored him. "Okay, I know your mad at me for not helping you, but that doesn't mean you should hate me for it." Emilio got up from the seat and settled the book upon it. "Hey, Dawn, answer me, fool! Aren't you gonna hit me?" Emilio walked closer to Dawn and saw the once strawberry eyes turn into pure dark lust. Unmei walked around the forest from the other side, "What a bunch of stupid people, how do you run into a forest looking for safety." Unmei mumbled as he kept walking. His eyes turn mint as he felt a sense of someone there watching him. "Come out now, or I will find you." There was silence, Unmei hair had turned mint; he punched the ground surface as it drew an arrow towards a tree. "Come out, I know you there." Nervously a small girl came out, and Unmei's eyes widened. "Wait.." Unmei thought for a moment. "Aren't you, Aka's daughter? How are you here?" The little girl looked terrified. "Unless the girl that we buried." For a moment, Unmei finally realized that the whole thing. "Fuck, Aka's illusion," Unmei muttered. "Please don't hurt me..." She started to cry as Unmei walked closer to the little girl shaking, "What happened to the others?" Unmei asked.
Cedric and Sushi saw a fountain filled with human blood covered with remains. "Disgusting creatures." He thought to himself. Sushi barked as she saw a dark figure moving closer to them. Cedric clenched his sword, ready to attack, out from the mist came out a woman with long blonde hair with gentle green eyes. "I..." Cedric stepped back. "Ceddy...I have missed you."
"Saki, that can't be true." Cedric's eyes widened with sadness. "I came back just for you, Ceddy, now we can be together." She gestured her hand towards him as he walked forward slowly. Sushi growled at Saki and tried biting at Cedric's pants. "Ceddy, remember how we always said we will live in the mountains when we grew up. Look at us now we're here." She smiled gently, Cedric embraced Saki. Sushi eyes glow from rage, Saki eyes turned red as she hugged Cedric. Sushi immediately grabbed Saki by the hair and off Cedric. "You stupid dog!" Shouted Saki, "You will not have him." Her once blonde hair turned silver as Cedric was put into a trance. Sushi went by Cedric's side, who had fallen onto the floor. She growled furiously with glowing sunflower eyes at Saki. Saki and Sushi started to combat. Saki eyes bled red and began to claw at Sushi, who protected Cedric from the back. "You think a mere Cerberus like you can hurt me again in this life? Aha!" She cackled as the sleeves of her dress ripped to show a ten stripped red tattoo. Meanwhile, Cedric cannot wake up from the trance. "Ceddy, are we going to be together forever?" Saki said. Cedric was sitting inside the flower fields watching Saki watch the skies. "Of course, I promise." He smiled. "Ceddy?" Cedric flower field vision started to disappear as another appeared. "Ceddy, I heard our parents are gonna arrange a marriage with us once we're 16, isn't that great?" Cedric smiled at Saki's comment and nodded. He hugged her tightly, they both fell asleep holding hands.
"SCREE!" Cedric got up, alarmed to see Saki gone. He heard noises coming from the entrance. He rushed over and saw Saki turned around, looking out the door. "Saki?" Cedric asked. He walked closer to her as she turned around, his eyes widened with fear; Saki was filled with blood. "Saki?" Cedric nervously said, her eyes turned a dark red. Cedric looked on the floor to see his mother, who was pregnant along with his father, decapitated. "I'm sorry, I have to eat, or I die." Saki rushed towards Cedric with hungry eyes as he stood still with tears in his eyes. A white furry animal ripped Saki away from Cedric with glowing eyes. He fell on his knees, the dog continued to rip apart Saki before it clawed the dog with her hand as she escaped out the door. "Who.." Cedric still had tears from his eyes processing what happened, the dog eventually walked up to Cedric, and he closed his eyes, scared for his 7-year-old life. The dog touched his heart with her nose and saw a gentle girl with dark blue hair come out smiling, "I will protect you now I am your servant." Cedric awoke as his Yaku marked glowed powerfully. "You are never forgiven!"
Cedric yelled at Saki, who held Sushi by the throat, ready to eat her; he thumped the ground with his sword as a blaze of dark fire came outta the bed. Saki threw Sushi to the ground as the Feng Shui left her in agony. "YOU SHOULD HAVE DIED!" Saki ran towards Cedric with rage as Cedric jumped towards Sushi, who faintly laid on the ground. His sword began to glow as Saki attacked viciously, and he dodges. "I gave you my trust and my heart, and you ate the ones who created it, how can you say we were meant to be now?" Cedric's eyes darkened.
"You are nothing but an alpha." Cedric rushed and split Saki arm off as she screamed in agony. He jumped back into position in front of Sushi, as Saki used her claws to attack again, "Shit!" Cedric grabbed Sushi as he kept dodging Saki's attack. "At this point, I can't attack and defend. I'll be exhausted." Cedric kept jumping and thought, "Flare." He then took out a small metallic alloy and busted it into the air. In the distance, Unmei held Aka's daughter in his arm and rushed over to the spot that showed a flare, "Fuck, if he doesn't realize it, I'm screwed." Cedric kept dodging as he saw a string of mint light daggers hit Saki from behind. "Sorry, I'm carrying a kid," Unmei said as they entered the battle.
RAAAA!
There was a Deumus that Alwen and I kept fighting. "How can a Gamma be this strong?" She was confused as she shot her Metallic arrows, and it melted it with its skin. "This wasn't the little girl; to begin with, Alwen, it was just a distraction!" I shouted as I swung my sword from behind, and as the demon throws me back. "Then, is she not Aka's daughter?!" She screamed. I began to pick the pieces; Group F had accepted Aka's quest and managed to kill a Gamma and come home. But, "Are there any tasks for Group F today," The memory in my mind replayed as I realized the guy I have spoken to and thought was a newbie being used as a puppet. "FUCK! ALWEN GROUP F ARE STILL HERE, AND THE ONES BACK AT HOME ARE AKA'S MINIONS. AND IF AKA DIED AND THEY STILL SHOW UP, THERE'S A POWERFUL ONE HERE," I yelled, Alwen blue skin turned darker as the tattoo on her body glowed. "I'm getting tired of this shit!" Her arrows glowed green as she pierced the skin of the Deumus and its screeched. "Maia, now!" Alwen shot her hands as I quickly swung my sword with blue flames into its heart. "Burn now!" I shouted as both me and Alwen clashed and burst out into the air. By the time I settled down, the Deumus had died and leaves a life marble. I sighed in relief as Alwen fell to her knees, exhausted, "Remind me never to lose that possession marble again." She smiled gently.
"Death conquers all or death always win." Dawn had spoken with glowing red eyes, "Dawn wake up of it!" Emilio had fallen to the floor from trying to snap Dawn back to herself. "Dawn, I know your in there, so be strong cause you are!" Emilio said as Dawn swung her Scythe in rage. "Dawn! Don't forget we promised as kids we will always have each other back so stop it!" Emilio yelled as he dodged her again. "I don't want to hurt you!" Emilio yelled and rushed forward as Dawn cut his arm with his Scythe. "AGH!" Emilio held his arm from the blood, dripping viciously out his arm. "Dawn, please stop!" Emilio started to glow from Yaku tattoo, "I don't want to hurt you, but I will wake you up!" Emilio used his Katana as they began to duel while he was injured, he barely had any more energy left in him from the Aka battle. Dawn went to swing at Emilio, and he dodged in agony from the pain of his lower abdomen and his arm. He held his posture with his Katana. "You can kill me if you want if that's what you need!" He angrily said at Dawn, "You can hurt and break me, but I will always allow it because that's what the promise is for!" He breathed heavily as Dawn's eyes looked humane for a moment before swung her Scythe but were shot behind with an arrow. "Oh man, what happened here?"
Alwen said, huffing. Dawn was shot with Alwen Hypnotic arrow that put her to sleep. As she was fired, a green marble came out of her; I quickly destroyed it. "You look terrible, Emilio, got into a cat-fight?" Alwen smiled. Emilio looked tired and sighed in relief that Dawn was okay. "We figure everything out, GROUP F is still here with the villagers, Aka was a minion, and his daughter wasn't dead. It was just a spawn of his." I told Emilio. "Then?" He asked, "The real one is hidden in the forest where Unmei, Cedric, and Sushi are along with the villagers and GROUP F. By now, Goro will see this, and they all will be dead by now. So let's head there now to release them from the fog." I answered. "Emilio, I will throw my flare for SQUAD AB to help you with Dawn and your injuries. You cannot move in this stance." Emilio nodded. "Will you be okay on your own until they arrive?" Alwen asked. Emilio nodded as I went outside and threw a blue flare up into the air.
