Hello!! i was asked to do this so... here are ways/tips to regress without a cg!!
🧸 avoid distractions
🍼 make sure you are in a safe place
🍯 drink from a sippy cup or bottle
🧸 play with stuffies/toys
🍼 watch your favorite cartoon movies/tv shows
🍯 build a blanket/pillow fort
🧸 play games that are aimed towards kids
🍼 wear cute or soft clothes
🍯 draw/ color pictures and listen to soft music
🧸 make an age regression journal (fill with stickers, doodles, and stories
🍼 eat nostalgic or yummy foods (you can eat on cute dinnerware, if you have some)
🍯 go on kid's gaming websites (poptropica, coolmathgames, abcya, ect.)
🧸 take a nap
🍼 you can also have online playdates with other regressors and cgs (texts or videochats)
