I know I know you want me to get on with the book already. Buuuut, I need to make an announcement, I may not own some of these characters, I just make it up as I go along. I woke up suddenly to a mouthful of water. The cove was flooding! Quickly I looked around and saw four ledges at different heights; the lowest one was about the hight of a Nightfury's tail-wing standing as tall as it can off the ground.
While the second one was twice that, the third was a half a terrible terror tail higher than the second one. The fourth one was about a Deadly Nadder's tail length from the cave's floor, it was the highest one and my tail was about a foot longer than it was high, not including the tail wing, or is it wings, or a fin. Anyway I decided to sleep up there. Jumping up there in one swift motion I didn't bother tucking my tail in to keep it dry, it was already wet. I scooped a little water up in my tail and lifted it to my mouth to drink. Tiredly I tucked my tail around my body and fell asleep to the sound of rain pounding outside.
