Eric POV
I was just sitting here in my room at the orphanage Im at someone is coming here to adopt one of the kids so I didnt bother going downstairs. I have been here since i was five and no one has ever bothered to adopt me so why should I even try. I turn 18 in a year so i am not gonna be here for much longer.
I turned my head to look at my kiss poster wondering what life would be like if i met them. I kinda have a small ok maybe a big crush on the demon. He is just so handsome.
A knock was heard on my door. It was Mark the runner of the orphanage.
" Eric, there are some people here to see you."
I was confused. Who would wanna see me I don't know anybody. Two guys came in.
"Hi my name is Paul and this is my husband ace." The one with curly hair said.
"Hi my name is Eric." I said to them with a smile. Feeling a little but nervous around them. They both sit on the chairs in my room and begin to talk to me.
"So why dont you tell us a bit about yourself." Ace asked.
"Well I turn 18 july 12. I really like listening to old rock music and I like to play instruments and sing. And I have been here since i was five years old. I dont remember my parents at all."
" what kind of bands do you like to listen to?" Paul asked.
"Led zepplin, the beatles, def leppard but my most favorite is kiss."
After I said that they immediately smiled with pride and they both looked at each other with a look of certainty. I wonder why.
Ace looks at me with a big smile like he wants to ask me something.
"How would you feel about us being your parents?"
To say I was shocked would be a humongous understatement. I had so many emotions flowing through my body and I felt tears to my eyes. I was so happy but somebody would finally want to adopt me. I must have spaced out for a long time because next thing I know Paul and Ace calling my name.
I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked up at paul and ace sitting in front of me.
"Eric are you ok?" I heard Paul ask me. I felt so happy that i just launched myself at them and hugged them both to death. They hugged me just as tight.
After they filled out all the paperwork to get me adopted I packed all my things and said goodbye to everyone in the orphanage. Now im in the car riding to where i will be staying.
( ace will be dad and paul will be pop)
Dad turns around and faces me to ask me something.
" how would you feel about meeting some friends of ours?" Dad asks.
I feel a little nervous about it but it might be fine.
"Sure that sounds great. Will i like them?" I ask kinda sceptically.
They both have mischievous smiles on their faces. They must be up to something.
" I think its safe to assume you will. Who knows maybe you'll have a crush on one of them." Pop says which confuses me.
----time skip the car ride-------
We pull up to the house and I am in utter shock.
Dad and pop give me a tour around the house and show me my room which looks really awesome. Its my dream room.
Pop puts a hand on my shoulder and smiles at me.
" why dont you go get settled in amd we'll call you down when our friends get here. "
" ok pop ill go do that right now." I said and ran uo the stairs with a smile on my face.
----mini time skip cuz im lazy-------
After putting everything in my room away I sit on my bed for a bit.
" hey eric can you come down please? Everybody is here." Dad yells for me.
"Be down in a minute!!!!" I yelled grabbing my phone.
I get down stairs and I see a bunch of men sitting on the couch. One in particular caught my eye the most.
"Eric I want you to meet Peter criss, Tommy Thayer, Eric singer, vinnie Vincent, Bruce kulick, and lastly gene Simmons."
I got confused because i feel like ive heard those names before.
" wait why do all y'all names sound so familiar?" I ask looking at dad and pop.
Pop takes a deep breath and looks at me.
" son we are all former and current members of kiss."
After hearing that I didnt know what to say or do. I was having a really hard time breathing to the point where i was getting dizzy and my vision was starting to get black. The last thing I saw was my parents running to me yelling my name before I passed out.
2 months later. Eric is now 18
After meeting everyone I have became really close to them. Especially gene who i may or may not have a slight.....ok a major crush on but I dont think he feels that way about me. But then again he has been acting really weird.
I told him that I was thinking of asking a boy in my class out and he freaked out so im on my way to find out what his problem is. I just drove up to his house and im banging on his door.
When he answers he looks shocked to see me so I push my way into his house.
" eric what are you doing here? Dont you have somewhere to be?" He asked me with a confused look on his face.
I look at him angrily.
" i wanna know what you problem is."
He looks away and tries to dismiss it.
"I dont know what-"
"BULLSHIT YOU DONT KNOW!!! EVER SINCE I TOLD YOU THAT I WAS GONNA ASK OUT THAT BOY YOU HAVE BEEN ACTING WEIRD AND I WANNA KNOW why!!!!"
"BECAUSE I FUCKING LOVE YOU ERIC STEHLEY!!!!" he yells at me.
I went speechless after he said that I was filled with happiness, and shock. I couldnt think of anything to say so I did the only thing i could think of. I ran of to him and I kissed him with all my might.
When we pulled away for air I smiled the biggest smile ever.
"What the hell took you so long?" I asked.
