A pup without rest | Chase x Skye love story

My sea princess

The next morning Chase woke up and saw Skye who was snuggled into his chest.

Chase (thoughts): She's so beautiful, when she sleeps.

He went out from the apartment to the restaurant to see what they can eat for breakfast. 15 minutes later he brought some delicious pancakes and fruits and went back to his room. Meanwhile, Skye also woke up and noticed that Chase has gone, when suddenly she heard a knock.

Skye: Who is it?

Chase: It's me.

She opened the door for him and was pleasantly suprised. 

Skye: Wow! It's like breakfast for two in bed right? (giggles)

Chase: Hehe, yeah. Now I undrestand how that feels, when you don't need to cook - everything is already cooked for you!

Skye: Awww, Chase! Now you understand how to relax (kisses him on the cheek). Bon appetit.

Chase: Same to you.

They sat on the bed and started eating pancakes with fruits. 20 minutes later, they finished their meal and Skyes face was quite dirty of fruits. Chase noticed this and licked her face.

Skye: Haha, Chase! That tickles a little.

Chase: You were quite dirty because of fruits, so...

Skye: Ok, I got it. Now, shall we go to the beach? We can have a picinic, when beach is not fully crowded.

Chase: Good idea. Also we can see a nice sunrise.
Note: Sunset is such a cliche. Sorry )))

Skye: Yup. I'll get a towel and umbrella.

Chase: Sandwiches are already packed. We didn't even put them out from bag!

Skye: Ok, let's go.

They left the hotel and went to the beach. Since their hotel was very close to the beach, it didn't take a long time to get there.

Chase: Amazing! Big beach - only for us two!

Skye: Yeah!

Skye put towel and Chase put umbrella on sand. Then they laid on tower and Chase got his sandwiches from bag.

Skye: Ahhh! Such a beautiful view, isn't it?

Chase: Yes it is.

Skye: Well, we ate few minutes ago, so...

Chase: We can walk along shore, nobody will steal our picnic items. 

Skye: That's what I wanted to say!

Chase (quite embarrased): Err...

Skye (rubs her cheek on his): Hehe, don't worry. Are we going or not?

Chase: Sure!

They started to walk along shore staying close to each other and enjoying the view of sun rising over ocean. 3 minutes later Skye felt worse.

Skye: Chase. I don't feel good.

Chase (worried): What's wrong?

Skye: I'm kinda getting freezing.

Chase: No problem. Get on my back.

Skye got on Chases back and felt much better and warmer.

Skye: Ohhh yess! You're so warm (rubs Chases back).

Chase: Feeling better?

Skye: Yes. Let's walk like this (snuggles closer to his neck).

Chase: Ok.

They continued walking, until Chase noticed something shining. It was a small shell, which would be fitted easily behind Skye's ear. Chase picked up this shell and decided to return back to their picinic place. Meanwhile Skye was enjoying laying on her boyfriends back. She felt so safe, so warm, so relaxing.

Skye (thoughts): Mmmm, his soft and warm fur. Now he's really relaxing and enjoying the vacation, well done Chasey.

Chase: Skye, we came back. And I have a present for you.

Skye: Really? Ok!

She got off his back and sit on the towel.

Skye: So what's the present?

Chase: It's the present, which belongs to the only pup I love and she deserved to be a sea princess (show her the shell). Skye, this shell is for you.

Skye (trying to hold her tears): Chase. It's so, so beautiful!

Chase (putting it behind her ear and touches her nose by his): My princess.

Skye (also touches his nose by hers): My prince (kisses him).

They kissed for 30 seconds. Then they hugged each other.

Skye (hugging Chase): Thank you so much. I didn't know, that you care about me in that much.

Chase (hugging Skye): You're welcome. Count this like our first date.

Skye (hugging Chase): Definitely (hears her stomach growling). I'm quite hungry.

Chase: Me too. Let's eat.

They ate some sandwiches and enjoyed the sunrise. When pups finished Skye laid her head on Chases shoulder, when Chase got an incredible idea. 

Chase (thoughts): I hope she won't get scared.

He put Skye carefully on his back again and went to the ocean. The water was warm and calm.

Chase (thoughts): Perfect.

Then he laid on water on his back, put Skye on his stomach and swam from the shore.

Skye: Chase? What are you doing? (Sees that they on the water and Chase on his back floating in water) Hahah. Wow. Did you decide to swim?

Chase: To be honest, no. I wanted to ride you on me in water like a boat. You're small, I'm big. Why not?

 Skye (kisses Chases nose): I'd like to. Just don't swim too far from shore.

Chase: You'll navigate me.

Skye: Oh, ok!

They swam like that for 25 minutes. Skye was rubbing her nose on Chases chest. Meanwhile some people saw this and thought: "Awww! How cute they are! That's what they call 'a real puppy love".

2 minutes later, Chase swam back to the shore.

Chase: Pheww! I'm tired. Should we head back to hotel?

Skye: Yeah. We can go to sleep more and then check what we can do in the hotel.

Chase: Good idea. C'mon!

They packed towel, umbrella and bag and headed back to the hotel. When they came back, they jumped on bed.

Skye: Thank you for this amazing date. I love you so much!

Chase: You're welcome and I love you too. Now let's sleep.

The couple fell asleep hugging each other.
