Chapter 04.

Raven Lee Artemisia's POV.

"Rainbow~~~" I paused for a second and played the music again. "I got the tune wrong again, FOCUS!" I yelled. "Um.... let's listen to this song again." I thought and played it again.

"Dude! this is the 8th time," one of my brothers Larex looked at me with irritation on his face. "Let her try, better than playing games all day." My other brother Laren glared at him after throwing the cushion at his face. "Hey!" Larex yelled but didn't move. He didn't want to lose the game.

Sighing, "You guys are twins but are so different," I implied after clicking the play button. The sound started playing, and I was trying hard to catch the tune.

"Death by COVID!" Laren read the news. "Looks like something dangerous is coming." He added.

"There is nothing dangerous than our Raven's sound Buhuahahha" Larex said as he laughed liked crazy for nothing specific. After hearing that I sang loudly as I can "Rainbow~~"

I was hoping for him to shout at me, but both of them ignored me as if nothing happened. I hated to be ignored, and they knew that.... So I connected the speaker and my phone. And played BTS song, which wasn't his cup of tea. He looked at me as soon as he heard a foreign language. I maxed the volume and started dancing.

Mom and dad weren't home, so it was our time to shine. The music for louder to the point neighbors could go deaf. But..... Something killed our ear and I regret putting on full volume. Even the notification was on max volume, ping*
"Fuck!" I yelled I couldn't take that noise. I quickly turned everything off and tried to glance at it. "This shit murdered my ear," Larex yelled and snatched my phone. He looked at it but lost interest as soon as he saw it was from Wattpad.

"It is from some Wattpad community..." He said casually and passed me the phone.

I jumped when I saw what the message was from the community for which I had applied a few days ago. The Modern Community was still a new but popular one so I had my hopes up and fingers crossed.

I yelled in happiness while my brothers stared at me with confusion. I loved to write, and joining this community might help me improve a lot.

"Have you started writing your story? What is your character like?" Laren asked.

"I haven't started writing yet, but I know how she will look. Short black hair, dark brown eyes, 15 years old, 5'4" height, brown skin, and of course! An extrovert" I replied.

"Aren't you describing yourself," Larex said annoyingly.

"Kinda....." Yes, that was me. I wanted to write a story that I imagined being my reality.

Soon mom and dad arrived, the room was a mess. We hurriedly clean them as we valued our lives.

I was still waiting for the discord link. I had downloaded discord on my computer already. Soon it was dinnertime. After the wonderful dinner with my family, I started doing my homework... Tomorrow was the last day of submission, plus the exam was coming soon. I started writing. There was too much, so I stayed up late till night. Mom and dad forced me to sleep and wake up early. But I could NEVER wake up in the morning, I would rather stay up late!

The next day, I woke up a bit late. I barely slept. It was probably the because of overthinking. "School like sucks it is giving me nothing but stress." I thought and woke up slapping myself instead of washing face. It was already 8, and I was already late for school.

I got ready hurriedly and went down to ask my father about lending me a shift. "Dad! I am late," I hastily said with my messy uniform on. "Looks likes a hurricane attacked you," he said, and flip the page of a newspaper that he was reading.

I looked at myself; I knew I was a mess now, but I would fix it later. "Dad, I will be late!" I shouted when my gaze shifted toward Laren who was yawning and just got out of the bathroom. "Why are you so relaxed?" I asked. He ignored me, "wha-"

"Today is Sunday...." Dad said to me with a smile on his face. After hearing that, I ran to my room and looked at my phone. "This is why the alarm didn't ring," I mumbled. Sighing, I changed my uniform, that mess for nothing... But I was glad that I could give more time for my novels.

After I ate my breakfast, I was focused on the novel.

It was the time of evening mom just came in after buying some vegetables. "All three of you, I want to talk to you come to my room." Mom's words echoed in our ears. Playing with my fingers went to the room, "Did you do something?" I asked, looking at both of them.

"I want to ask that too." Larex looked at me narrowing his eyes. I stared at him back. Laren clapped our forehead, "Cut it, guys."

We both looked at him. This was unexpected. "Mom will be here anytime," Laren said and stood quite ignoring our gaze. The clacking of the door grabbed our attention. We looked, and it was mom. She sat in the chair, "You-
