Rosalie left her session with Cece and went to the library for some free time.

Kiyomi gave her an unsettling look from behind her desk.

"Hi, Miss Kurosawa."

Nothing.

She combed over the shelves, eventually making her way to classics, which was extensive, being Kiyomi's favorite genre.

Rosalie liked the classics section at UA because it had the original versions of myths and fairy tales, in addition to normal classical works.

She ran her fingers over the spines of works by Jules Verne, Charles Dickens, and Ray Bradbury. George Orwell, Louisa May Alcott, Jane Austen, Mary Shelley... Shakespeare!

She pulled A Midsummer Night's Dream off the shelf, her favorite work of his. Flipping through the pages, she felt a sense of nostalgia for the first time she read it, before her life grew so complex. Sighing, she put it back on the shelf.

She pulled out another Shakespeare work, Romeo and Juliet. The iconic romance.

"Nomura," Kiyomi suddenly said from behind her, and Rosalie flinched. "It's a stupid story. A love story between a fourteen-year-old and a seventeen-year-old that killed six people." She almost seemed to smile when she talked about death.

"Right. Are you okay, Miss Kurosawa?" Rosalie asked, seeing as the teacher seemed more down than usual.

"Some kid wrote 'Stockholm Syndrome' on the inside cover of our copy of Beauty and the Beast."

"Oh. I'm sorry."

"If you hear who did it, let me know so I can murder them. Wait, Nezu said I'm not supposed to talk about murdering students...oh well, whoever did this deserves it."

"I agree," Rosalie said, actually quite fond of the mysterious librarian.

Kiyomi left the classics section, and Rosalie searched for the fairy tales.

"Here..." she said to herself, pulling Beauty and the Beast off of the shelf. Sure enough, "Stockholm Syndrome" was written on the inside cover. Who would have done this? Someone smart and angry... Oh well, she thought to herself, it's not my mystery to solve.

She flipped through the pages, entranced by the descriptions of the castle, the dress, the rose...

"MISS HINA I NEED WATERCOLORS!" Rosalie yelled, bursting into the art room.

"Oh! Okay! Whatcha making?" the art teacher asked.

"I was looking at the original Beauty and the Beast and then details just- I need to put it on paper!" Art had been a hobby for Rosalie since before she first went to UA, and when her mental issues and trauma worsened, it became a big coping mechanism for her.

"Okay, okay! Start working on the outline, I'll bring you the paints!"

Rosalie drew the castle in the background with gold and silver markers, then filled in a silhouette of the princess in black. She made the Rose the focal point of the artwork, the only thing in full color.

Though she didn't notice, Himiko was on her mind the entire time she painted.

"Rosalie, this looks amazing!" Hina complemented.

"Thanks, Miss Hina. Hey, what time is it?"
"Umm... six thirty!" Wait, her date was at seven!

"I have to leave!" Rosalie called, leaving with the still drying artwork in her hands.

Feeling the chilly air outside the building, she decided it would be worth it to stop by her dorm for a quick outfit change.

She took off her "professional" school clothes, started to put a hoodie on, and stopped. She then put a t-shirt on underneath the hoodie, and jeans to complete the look, throwing on her tennis shoes before rushing back out her door, artwork still in hand.

She thanked her training while running to the Hase dori park as fast as she could. She also inadvertently activated her quirk, her fear turning her hair purple and allowing her to move faster.

When she finally reached the park, at 7:12, she rolled up her painting and put it in the pocket of her red hoodie.

She saw Himiko standing under a cherry blossom tree, looking like a stock photo.

Her hair was its usual blonde, pulled into a singular bun that was less messy than usual. There was a little bow on it, too. Petals from the tree fell around her, and she watched them float through the air. She turned to Rosalie and immediately smiled.

"Rozy-bear!" she yelled, waving one hand wildly in the air.

Rosalie couldn't help but smile, seeing someone as adorable as Himiko so happy to see her. She joined the bubbly girl under the tree and they both sat down.

"Hey, Himiko?"

"Hm?"

"I feel like...we need to get to know each other a little more."

"Yay! Okay, my favorite food is pomegranates, what's yours?"

The question startled Rozu, who started trying to remember when she ate food because she liked it. "Cheesecake," she finally answered. "What's your favorite color?"

"Red! Any red, from blood red to bright like your hoodie! Even more pinkish shades! What's yours?"

"Hmm...blue, purple, or a combination of the two."

"Aww like your hair sometimes is!"

"Ha. Yeah, I guess so. What are your hobbies?"

"Well, I can't do it like I used to as a wanted villain, but back when I was still in school, I did dance! I still like to dance around a lot, I miss ballet. Sometimes Jin dances with me, so that's fun! What about you?"

"Oh, I uh, I draw, I guess. I like art. And I'm trying to learn how to sing, but I'm not exactly naturally good at it, so it's a process."

"That's so awesome! Will you sing something for me?"

"What?! Like I said, it's a process! I'm not that good!"

"Aw, but I don't care how good you are! I just want to hear!"

"Fine, but not right now, not with all these people around. I will before I go back to the dorms."

"Yay!"

"So...what's your favorite childhood memory?"

Himiko looked sad. "Well, I had a friend, back in middle school. She defended me when people called my quirk evil and villainous. She'd sit with me when no one else would. She always made sure I wasn't alone. I started getting a crush on her, actually. It was how I realized I liked girls, too. I finally told her and...she got weird. She started distancing herself from me, and all of a sudden I was alone again. She made new friends and just...pretended she didn't even know who I was. I'm sorry!" she quickly changed her tone. "This was supposed to be a happy story, I just...I made my best memories with her before she left me. And then there was Big Sis Mag, but.." her eyes grew teary, and Rosalie wrapped her arms around her. "Everyone who cares about me leaves, in one way or another."

"I won't leave you, Himiko."

"You promise?" she asked, now trembling from trying to hold in her tears.

"I promise. Himiko, you can cry. Come here," Rosalie said, letting the girl nuzzle her head into her hoodie to cry.

"I'm sorry," Himiko said, wiping her tears off after a minute. "I totally ruined the mood, so lame! Let's do something fun!"
