Author's Note

Wow. I, for one, am truly AMAZED. 

Honestly, it is a huge surprise to see that people are still reading this fanfiction today. 

I started writing this (the original plot for this story) about four years ago, in 2016. I was in middle school. Everyone has to start somewhere, right?

Minecraft Diaries and MyStreet were huge eye-openers for me. I'm not going to lie, they've changed my life. They showed me the world of fanfiction and made me question my sexuality for years upon years (I still do). 

Sadly, though, I've realized that it's not the same anymore. The series is not what it's used to be, and I've grown out of it. I wasn't sure that I ever would (I say this now while cuddling up to my Aphmau plushie, getting all emotional), but it seems that I've finally come to terms with it.

Of course, this fandom and the series will always have a special place in my heart and I'll never forget it, but I think I've ran my course with it while I could. 

Now, back to this story... I've been rewriting it over and over again as I've improved as a writer over the years and had new ideas come to mind that would work for this story. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much else I can do with it. I'm going to have to live with the fact that I'll never truly be satisfied with this story. 

With that being said, this is my goodbye. I will not be deleting any of my works from this account, but that does not mean I'll be posting. I'm moving on, with other fandoms that I've fallen in love with. Occasionally, I'll be checking in on this account, but I won't be active as much as I used to be (whenever that last was). 

I thought it'd be for the best to let all of you guys know, rather than leaving you in the dark, wondering if there's anything else coming out, or if I've just disappeared entirely. 

It's hard to say goodbye, considering that I was practically raised on this website/app throughout middle school, but those days are over. 

I hope all of you continue to read and enjoy this story, no matter how cringey or bad it may seem. I understand that I could definitely do better on this, but I've tried endless times. I'm over it now. 

Thank you all that have stuck around for the ride, where I've deleted and reposted so many of these chapters, and I hope that you've enjoyed it. It was fun while it lasted.
