|Chapter 8| • {Day One}

{For 9 Days of The Game - The Next Nine Chapters Will Be In The Following ~ Aphmau , Aaron , Ein & Zane ' s POV .}

~Aphmau's POV~

  I held a notepad and tapped my pen against my chin.

  "Do you think he may be in his house? Venus lives in the neighborhood to the right of us and that's near Zane's house. KC did say that Ein is in the neighborhood that Venus is in." I wrote the things down.

"He could be. Unless it's all a bluff and he's saying the complete opposite."

"I doubt it."

"Small chance, there's still a possibility. Yeah, let's just focus on where he could be."

"Let's see if he's still there..." I take out my phone and realize quickly I don't have her phone number. "Aaron, you can call her." I waved my hand to him as if telling him to do so.

He pulled out his phone and dialed the number, putting the phone on speaker.

"Hello?"

"Hey V, it's me."

"Aaron? Well, this is a surprise. I haven't gotten a call from you in weeks. Maybe a year."

"I know, been a while. Not the point. You texted Kawaii ~ Chan saying Ein moved into your neighborhood, right?"

"Yeah he lives across the street and down one house from me."

"Has he came home yet?"

"That's right, he told me he was heading out after he greeted me," She mumbled and shuffling was heard. "Creepy ass stalker. Um, no, I don't see his car in the driveway. I think he's still out."

"Can you keep an eye out and make sure to tell us when he gets home. Also tell us if anything else suspicious is going on."

"How bout I just video tape it?"

"That would be even better."

"Ok, I'll report to you when he gets back. Bye."

"Bye." He hung up and put his phone away.

"I suppose that answers our question..." I mumbled.

"Ok, so it hasn't been that long since Zane has been napped."

"So that means he must've just left when we got there."

"Here, I think I have it figured out of how Ein napped Zane."

"Hm?"

"Travis dropped Zane off, didn't he?" Nod. "So Zane's front door couldn't have been open like we found it. Ein had to have broken in and closed the door, but didn't lock it. That must've made Zane think that he forgot to lock it, just a misfortune. Then his house would be empty as usual, nothing suspicious there. Ein snuck up on him and knocked him out. He left the note and some stuff may have fallen out of Zane's pocket or Ein took it out on purpose so Zane couldn't be found any other way. He wrote the note and then went to get his car which was parked somewhere while Zane was unconscious. Ein comes back, puts Zane in the car and drives away. We go there and find everything."

I finished writing everything down.

"You may just be right, Einstein," I laughed. "So Ein should be home by now. Why isn't he though?"

  "I don't know-" His phone buzzed and he took it out. "Oh, Venus sent a video."

{Video Beginning}

"So Ein just got back from wherever he was. I think he was at the store, I'm not sure... It looks like he has some rope, handcuffs, a whip, and... A gag? Ok... Um, he also has... A video camera...? Ok this is just getting weird. He's starting to look like a sex demon. What the hell? He just opened the trunk and it looks like there's a body in there! Ok, he didn't take out the body, just grabbed more robe and closed the trunk. Now he's going inside with all this stuff. It's really scary and suspicious, like what's going on?! I'm starting to think Ein killed someone... That's all, I'll report more if I see anything else. Yeah, I'm not even going to try and help. You guys are probably handling it well on your own."

{Video Ending}

  "She wasn't lying when she called him a sex demon. I mean, just all those items..." I trailed off, but brushed it off and looked at Aaron. "We need to tell everyone where Zane is. Not actually, but so that way if they go asking around, they don't get suspicious. Especially Travis."

"We can't tell Travis. If we do, he's going to want to help and he can't because he wasn't mentioned in the game's players. He could get seriously injured or kidnapped if he goes after Zane by himself." Aaron pointed out.

"Well, let's go tell everyone..." I sighed, closing my notepad and setting it down on the coffee table.
