karl and char finally finish making the bed at around 4am
"holy shit, karl look at the time" char said glancing up from her phone
"oh i should probably go back to my apartment.." he trails off
"orrrrrr... we could go get monsters and fruit snacks and pull an all nighter? we can watch a film or something. it would be fun!" char said tugging at karl's shirt
"ok fine but that's only because i don't have anything better to do"
they walk to the parking garage and get into karl's car
char doesn't know why but she feels like she's known him her whole life
"karl i have something very important to ask you"
"yes?"
"will you make me the happiest girl in the world and become my best friend" char looked at the boy sitting in the drivers seat
"of course i will why wouldn't i"
"YES LETS GOOOOO" char said whisper screaming
"okay okay calm down let's go to that 7-11 that's close to these apartments"
"i just moved here dummy i don't know where anything is remember"
"whoops"
-time skip to 7-11-
they walk inside the very deserted 7-11 as the cashier gives them the side eye
for someone who works at a convience store they don't seem to be very friendly
karl goes down the chip isle as char goes down the candy one
"what the honk?" char heard karl say from the next isle over
"what's up bubs?" karl's heart fluttered when char called him that
karl thought to himself 'no you can't think that you just met her'
"oh nothing i just can't find any fritos" karl said with a disappointing tone
"want me to help you look?"
"yes please" karl said more bubbly
char walked over to the tall boy
she begins looking on the lower shelves
"you dummy there right here" char says pointing at the bottom shelf
"whoopsies. guessed i missed it cause i was too tall." he said standing proudly
"get a hold of yourself your not even that tall"
"excuse me i am 6' plus your a shorty"
"i doubt your actually 6', i bet your 5' 11" and you just tell everyone that your 6', and for your information, just because i'm 5' 3" doesn't mean i'm that short"
"w-what no i am most certainly not"
char throws the chip bag at karl's red face
"take your chips bubs im gonna go grab the fruit snacks, can you grab me a mango loco monster?"
"sure thing bUbS"
"hey!" char said turning around swiftly
"you can't make fun of what i call you!" she said grabbing the chip bag out of karl's hands
"i bet you like me calling you bubs and your just mad i don't call you it more often, bubs" the girl said throwing the chip bag at karl's face again
