Chapter Four: Was this truly Insanity?

Nicole sat in a plain white room, staring at the walls covered with soft pillows. She was not, yet, in a straight jacket. They told her if she kept calm and let them do tests, they won't put it on her, but she didn't care.

Nicole had been staring at the wall for around two hours. She had nothing to do.... And if she didn't have anything to do, she'll grow crazy. Nicole started thinking about Mark. She wanted to cry and hid in the corner- the darkest part of the room, but if she did, they would have her video taped. Nicole glanced at the camera at the corner of the room. There was only one bed and a dresser, and that was boring to Nicole.

Nicole was once again staring at the plain white walls. She wanted to leave! She was slipping slowly. Nicole was, just a second ago, pacing back and froth in the middle of the room trying to calm herself down. Just as she was going to laugh a doctor walks in.

" Mrs.Hawick?" The male doctor asked. You could plainly hear the smirk in his voice, and Nicole didn't like that. Nicole cocked her head to the doctor standing at her doorway. He held a needle in his right hand." This won't hurt," he lied, shoving the needle in Nicole's tender neck. Nicole eyes widen at the feeling of something being injected in her neck. Instantly pain shot through her neck and she stumbled to the ground with a whimper. Everything began to blur and her eye sight was slowly losing,.

" W-What did you do?" Nicole spat out through a cough. The doctor stared at the girl with a grin on his face.

" I'm impressed!" His grin widened as if he was insane." You was able to withstand my powerful sleep shot," he commented. His voice had a tint of insanity." But I think it's time for you to go to sleep," just as he stated this Nicole's body fell limp to the floor from passing out. The doctor stood over her, a grin still on his face.

Nicole opened her eyes slowly, feeling it hard to even move. She felt the lack of cloths, only a bra and underwear was felt.Out of confusion, she tried sitting up, but she couldn't even do that. Her arms and legs was tied down to a cold metal table and the only light that illuminated the room was a single light in front of Nicole. She struggled against the straps, trying her hardest to yank them free, but soon she gave up.

" Oh?" It was the voice of the doctor who Nicole last saw." Trying to escape?" His voice was now felled with insanity, and it slightly scard Nicole.

" L-let me go..!" Nicole yelled, anger shown all over her body as she yanked harder. The doctor just laughed,

" I thought you was unable to speak!" He was now laughing, his voice echoing around the darkness of the room. Finally, he showed hisself with the only light in the room. Nicole's eyes widen in shock and horror. He was wearing a blood stained doctor coat with a sawing needle in hand." I'll fix that. "With out a warning he drove the needle straight in Nicole's lip. The pain wasn't new, but it was painful for someone else to be doing it. Pain was shot through her lip, and she tried to move but the doctor had put another sleepy dose in her arm. Nicole didn't fight the sleep shot, for she didn't want to feel the pain, but the shot mostly did the opposite. Now she was wide awake and the pain was more visible now.

2nd, 3rd, 4th, Nicole was brought to tears at the pain. He didn't be gentle, instead he was just shoving it through her mouth and yanking the metal string through her lips. 5th, 6th, 7th, Nicole's lips slowly started to seal together and there was more pain. Yeah, she once did this, but she had numb medicine. 8th,9th, 10th, The doctor was finally done, or so Nicole thought. Blood tickled down her chin, pooling up under her neck.

" beautiful.." The doctor whispered to hisself. Nicole could burly hear him, but she honestly knew what he said. She wanted to pass out right there and then, but the doctor didn't allow that. " I'm not done yet," he commented and shoved another shot in Nicole's arm, waking her up from her dim eyes.

" MHhhummmm!" Nicole tried to scream for help, but her mouth was sewed tightly together. She tried to yanked the stitches apart with her mouth, but was to scared of the pain. The doctor just laughed and began testing on her body. He shoved a needle in her stomach, shooting unknown liquid inside her body. Nicole's eyes shot wide as new tears flew from her eyes. The needle left a sharp pain from her stomach. The doctor just continued pulling out his scapulas and cutting her skin. Nicole screamed, but was muffled out by her closed mouth, it felt like she was getting cut to pieces. He nodded to his self and placed down the little dagger and picked up a different one. He did the same next to the cut he made. Once it did the same, he did the same thing over and over until there was cuts and blood all over Nicole's stomach. Nicole was sobbing now, the pain to extreme. Her mouth burned and her stomach was the worse. He did the cuts in the same place sometimes making it even worse for Nicole, so now she was losing way to much blood. She was even covered in the bright red blood.

As if everything slowed down, Nicole spotted a knife close to her reach. She grabbed it silently, so the doctor wouldn't hear, and began cutting the wrist strap. Once she got it cut, she did the other one just as quiet.

" Oh?~ Now what?" The doctor pouted. Before he could say anything else, a knife was shoved in his eye and back out. The doctor fell to the ground, screaming in pain. Nicole ignored him and cut her way out of the metal bed. She jumped up, her feet shuffling a couple of times before standing properly. Even though Nicole wanted to speak, she couldn't.." N-no! Pl-please don't," the doctor whimpered, holding his left bleeding eye. Nicole tilted her head, but smirked. It was her turn... To have fun...

Nicole kneeled down to the doctor, it was like all her pain was gone. Even though it stung to move, she kept moving. Nicole placed the tip of the knife on the crying doctors check. She wanted to spat in his face, but her mouth was once again sewed. Instead of telling her pain, Nicole shoved the knife in his tender shoulder. He screamed and rolled over, holding his shoulder in extreme pain. Nicole just watched, silently enjoying the sight before her.

" P-PLEASE!" He screamed , sobbing harder at the pain. Nicole grinned widely, ripping parts of her stitched mouth. Leaning down closer to his ear, she moved her lips,

" No..." She could burly whisper out through the stitches. With out anymore waiting, Nicole cut open the doctors stomach after pinning him to his back with rope. The doctor couldn't scream no more since his mouth was super glued together. Over and over, Nicole cut deeper into the same place until she hit something bloody and rubbery. A grin stayed on her face after she yanked it out, not caring to get her hands bloody. The doctors eyes shot wide, but soon faded away slowly. Nicole didn't want this, so taking a needle he's been giving her, she shoved it in his arm. After seeing the doctors eyes lighten up a little, Nicole began yanking whatever she could get ahold of out of the doctors stomach and throwing it over her shoulder.
