The party

I guess I was really tired because I woke up in all my clothes and  in the same spot I was before. Hm oh well. I got up and got some cloth clothes and hopped in the shower. When I got out I went downstairs.

"Wow, someone's been busy" I said looking at Colby, who is unpacking a box.

"Yeah bro! we got our first party to host in the new house"

I slightly chuckle and sit on the couch that Colby supposedly built last night.

"I'm starving! Imma order some post mates, you want anything?"

"Ohh get me some pancakes!"

"Ok"

Our post mates finally got her and we ate it on the couch and just talked.

"Bro this party is gonna be the best and hey maybe we can find some girls" he said nudging my shoulder

I gulped when he said that. I really want to tell him I like him, but I can't. it'll ruin everything and I don't want that to happen. Also me and kat broke up A while back. I ended it because of my feelings for Colby. She was devastated, but understood.

" Sam? You ok?"

"Huh? Oh yeah um I was just thinking"

A few hour pass and me and Jake went to the store to buy stuff for the party.

"Plates, forks, cups, and what else?" Jake asked

"Umm oh paper towels"

"Oh yeah."

We walked silently until jake asked the question that Colby suggested.

"Soooo....are you gonna look for a girl tonight?"

Why does everyone have to ask that? It put me in a very awkward situation and I didnt know what to say. But I decided I was going to tell him.

"Um hey jake uh I have to tell you something"

"Yeah, what's up?

"Um I'm bi"

"Oh cool man thank for telling me!"

"Your fine with it?"

"Of course man why wouldn't I be?"

"I don't know, but thank you"

"Your welcome! But now you have to tell me who made you realize it?"

I told you! Everyone is going to ask that question. That's why I'm scared to tell Colby.

"Ok, I'll tell you just please don't tell anyone"

"Ok I promise"

"It was...um Colby"

"Yess #solby!!"

"Shut up" I laughed and rolled my eyes

A few more hour passed and people started showing up. The music got really loud and it started the house was getting full of people. I was sitting outside, where not many people where, until I felt arm on my shoulder and someone scream in my ear. I yelled and turned around fast to see Jake laughing.

"What the hell Jake?!"

"Haha sorry not sorry! Anyway I came here to tell you to go talk to Colby"

"Wait what? Did you tell him something?"

"Nah bro, I'm just saying while he's having fun just give him hints. You never know"

"Ok fine"

I got up from the lawn chair and went inside. I noticed Colby in the kitchen by himself so I took a deep breath and went to talk to him.

"Hey colby! Having fun?"

"Hell yeah bro! Here wanna drink?" He asked handing me a drink

"Sure" I said getting the drink from his hand.

I wanted to give him obvious hints but I didn't know what to do. I sat on the counter and he did the same. He turned to look at me and his hair was in his face so I just brushed it out of his face and looked at him.

"Thanks hehe"

I just looked down and giggled slightly nervous, but I could still feel his eyes on me.
He picked up my chin to make me look at him.

"Don't be shy. It's ok" he said then pat my back and left

I felt my face turn really red. I covered my face with my hands for a couple of seconds then went back to where I was sitting before.

"That was fast what happened?" Jake asked

"I moved his hair out of his face got embarrassed then he Pat my back and left" I told him putting my hands in my face

"Ohh that was a good move though, and looks like someone wanted more."

"What?" I looked up at him and he pointed to the door

I looked over and saw Colby sliding it open.

"Have fun" Jake said walking off

Well shit. I chugged down my deer which wasn't a good idea since I already drank 2 before this. Yes I do get drunk easily......

"Hey, you ok?"

"Yeah, why?"

"I just watched you chug you beer and I know you get drunk easily." He replied

Did he just....read my mind?!

"Nah Im good" I replied

"Ok but why did you get so embarrassed?"

"I- um I wasn't"

"Bro you giggled, you never giggle"

"I didn't!"

I got so defensive so easily I didn't know why.

"Ok ok calm down. Come on let's go inside and dance" he suggested

"Ok yeah sorry"

"Nah your good"

We went inside and danced and had a few more drink.....
