I woke up on my bed with a huge head ache. Damn I don't remember much of the party. I looked at my nightstand and say a note, water, and some pain killers. The note read "take this pill I know you had a rough night-Colby"
Rough night? I took the pill and went downstairs. I saw Colby sitting at the counter eating some cereal.

"Good morning, You feeling ok?"colby asked as I came down the stairs rubbing my eyes.

"Yeah I just have a huge head ache"

"Yeah, you drank a lot last night"

Shit....

"Hey um what did I do last night?"

"Oh we uh danced and um you know just had fun" Colby replied getting kinda nervous for some reason.

"Is that all?"

"Um mhm" he nodded

"Colby your so bad at lying! Damn it! Was it that bad?"

"No no um-"

Corey came down before he could finish what he was going to say

"Morning Sam morning colby!"

"Well someones happy" I said watching Corey happily grab some cereal
Colby just looked at Corey nervously. WTH DID I DO?! Oh no....is it about..I ran upstairs to jakes room and knocked on his door.

"Jake! Open up please!" I frantically knocked on his door

"What?" Jake said opening the door and rubbing his eyes

"What did I do last night?!"

"Oh you um-" he grabbed my arm and brought me into his room
"Sam...you kissed Colby....."

"WHAT?! And you let me?!"

" I went to get a drink and I came back to you two making out! What was I supposed to do?!"

"Shit....."

"Sam if it makes you feel any better he was kissing back"

"Ok it kinda does.....but what if I just ruined our whole friendship?!"

"C'mon it was just a kiss."

"Yeah, ok your right it's just a kiss"

*knock knock*
"Yo jake have you seen Sam I wanna talk to him" Colby asked waiting behind the door

"Uh yeah um he'll be out in a second!"

"Oh....um ok" Colbys steps got farther away from the door

"What the heck! I don't wanna talk to him right know!"

"You'll be ok. Now go get your man!"

I put my hand on my face and sighed. Ok Sam here you go. I left jakes room and walked over to Colbys. Once I got there I knocked. A few seconds later colby opened the door.

"Hey...you called for me?"

"Yeah um can we talk...about last night"

Just the words I wanted to hear!

"Yeah..."

"I'm guessing Jake told you what happened"

"Yeah....and I'm sorry I did know what I was doing and I-" I stopped myself. Should I tell him? Well now he practically knows!

"Colby...."

"Yeah"

"I-I'm bi" I said and he laughed a little

"I figured. But why didn't you just tell me?"

"I guess I was just scared what you would think" I lied

"Sam, I don't care if your bi, straight, or anything. Your my best friend and I'll always care about you" I looked up at him and smiled

"Thanks..."

"And um...about what happened...do you..like me?" He asked rubbing the back of his neck

"I- uh yeah...." I put my head down

"Oh"

"I'm sorry I know this is going to make our friendship weird but I really don't want it too and I wanted to tell you but I couldn't and when I brushed your hair away you just Pat me on the back and I didn't really know what to do but I didn't want you to find out this-" he picked up my chin and leaned closer until our lips touch gently and I immediately kiss back. Omg this is happening! And I'm sober for it this time! We parted and I just looked at him in shock but smiled after. He just chuckled a bit.

"You where ranting and I didn't know how to stop you"

"I- we- uh" it was kinda embarrassing that I couldn't get any words out but could you blame me?! I just kissed my best friend! Not in a bad way though...heh. Colby chuckled at my loss of words.

"Heyy!!! Guys wanna watch a movie?! I'm bored" Corey yelled from downstairs.

"Come on wanna watch a movie?" Colby asked reaching his hand out for me to grab

"Yeah..." I took his hand and we went downstairs
