Meant to Be (30dayOTPchallenge) (Danny x Casey, Dansey)

Summary: Day 1 of the 30DayOTP challenge, Casey luckily remains in the game, showing her worth in Legends. Danny, who's been Casey's best friend, loses interest in Megan after their long fight, catches feelings for Casey. Later on, with the help of Caroline and Georgia, Casey realizes that she likes Danny, eventually merge hits, and due to Bibbly, it's a musical episode, Casey thinks this is the perfect time to confess to Danny through song.

Today is merge, it's everyone for themselves, Casey is excited because it's a musical and it's merge, giving her the perfect time to confess to Danny. The challenge is not a rehash of anything but it's Bibbly spinning a wheel, landing on a color and dropping the person. Whoever is out of the cave that the person is dropped too, is eliminated. Four contestants have already been dropped, and in the order it was, Jay, Georgia, Danny and Casey. Georgia already thanked Jay for everything, and didn't need to do a musical number, Danny had already went through a musical number with Megan, Somebody That I Used To Know, describing their relationship fallout, Casey, has not yet, and thinks this is her moment to tell Danny before he falls back to Megan, and loses him.

Casey had some thoughts all day, "C'mon Case, you can do this, ooooo My Family would be proud if I got a boyfriend," Casey slapped herself "This is no time to think about your family, this is the time to think about him, he's gonna be my boyfriend, and you need confidence!" Casey continued having thoughts until Caroline's wise words to both her and Georgia popped into her head. "If you're gonna ask the guy out, do it when it's the perfect time, when you guys are alone with each other, if someone else is here, they might intervene, especially if it's someone who also likes the same person you're asking out!"

"Casey?" Danny asked, Casey finally snapped out of her awkward thoughts. "Huh?" Casey looks at Danny, blushing. "You okay?" Danny asked, he had a concerned look on his face, "No! Everything's fine... actually I wanted to, tell something to you," Casey replied,

"Go ahead, I'm all ears..." Danny told Casey, he continued "I'm your best friend, tell me about what you want," Casey smiled, "Well, I-" She was interrupted but a weird fart sound effect "Yes!" Casey thought "It's the perfect time!"

Casey: When it's meant to be

The stars seem to glisten

Danny started to smile and blush

Both: Meant to be

All the clouds depart

When it's meant to be

Danny: It's destiny callin'

Both: And if you listen you'll find your heart...

Both Danny and Casey shared a kiss, and almost everyone up above looking at the monitor, were crying tears and smiling, hell, even Vince was happy for them, there was one person who wasn't though, Megan, she was upset and hurt but knows that this is the right choice for Danny, she saw that he was moving on, and realizes that she needs to, as well.

Back in the underground, Danny and Casey smiled

"Was this a way of telling me something?" Danny asked

"Yes," Casey was almost in tears "It was,"

"Now, please tell me, what were you truly asking?" Danny told Casey "Tell me the truth,"

"I," Casey continued, "I like you, and I was scared to tell you because you were probably still into Megan, and I.. Will you be my boyfriend?!" Casey panicked and told Danny everything.

Danny started to laugh,

Casey got angry "It's not funny!"

Danny finally answered Casey "Case, I like you too and of course I'll be your boyfriend but you know, you didn't need to have a musical number to tell me, all you had to do was ask, and bonus, Megan wasn't on my mind after I realized I liked you,"

Casey started to cry tears of joy "I know I shouldn't be crying but, I am and-"

"Please stop talking and let all of your tears out," Danny explained to his new girlfriend

Casey nodded her head and wiped the tears away from her eyes

"Now Case, let's find a way out of here" Danny had Casey close to him, and they decided to hold hands,

As the newest couple walked off, they smiled and tried their best to find a way out to be safe from going home...
