Severus' P.O.V

I am so So tired. Lily, Lucius and Regulus made me stay up the whole night opening presents and playing games to celebrate my birthday yesterday. In all honesty, I forgot that it was even my birthday yesterday. But after what happened yesterday i think i won't forget because that has been the most tiring night of my entire life. Don't get me wrong I'm glad they remembered my birthday but i rather spend the night sleeping than drink butterbear all night but it's fine. It's a free day today so i should be fine.

"Good Morning Sevvy~" i heard someone shout to me from a distance.

I turned my head to where the shout came from. It was James, Peter, Remus and Sirius. I smiled and waved at them. When they arrived under the tree i was at. Peter, Remus and Sirius just said good morning but James went the extra mile and pulled me up from where i was sitting and kissed me. One of his hand was around my waist and the other one behind my head. I kissed him back putting, my arms around his neck. After a few seconds he pulled away. I put our foreheads together while smiling.

"What was that for???" i asked

"What can i not kiss my boyfriend" he asked trying to prove his point by pecking my lips.

"PDA!!! PDA!!!" Sirius suddenly shouted startling me causing me to jump out of James arm and fell on the ground.

James glared at Sirius and helped off the ground.

"Are you okay baby???" He asked while checking my face for injuries.

I just rolled my eyes at him and pulled my head away from his hands and sat back down under the tree, the Marauders following suit.

"Who pissed in your cereal this morning Sev???" Sirius asked but was elbowed in the ribs by Remus right after.

"No one did. I'm just tired because Lily, Lucius and Regulus kept me up all night last night" i groaned at the memories but smiled nonetheless.

"And why did they do that???" Peter asked out of curiosity.

"Oh it was my birthday yesterday" i replied nonchalantly.

They froze up when i said that and i couldn't help but wonder why.

Third Person's P.O.V

"It was your...birthday...yesterday???" Sirius asked slowly like he was talking to a five year old.

Severus nodded his  head in conformation while twirling his wand in between his fingers. James looked at his lap guilty because he forgot his own boyfriends birthday. He intertwined their fingers and looked at Severus.

"I'm sorry i forgot about your birthday Sevvy" he said guilty.

Severus looked at him with a soft smile on his face and kissed James forehead

"Don't worry about it. I don't really like to celebrate my birthday anyways" Severus said nonchalantly trying to cheer his gloomy boyfriend up.

This fact didn't make James feel any less guiltily. When suddenly he came up with an idea. Seemingly as that day was Saturday, they didn't have class tomorrow so they can spend the night star gazing at the astronomy tower. The three long forgotten boys were looking at James rather suspiciously, wondering what he was planning considering on how quiet he is being.

"This isn't going to end well is it???" Peter asked the two boys.

"No it isn't" Sirius and Remus said at the same time.

Severus was completely oblivious on what was going to happen next.

-Timeskip Until Midnight-

James's P.O.V

I was dragging Severus towards the astronomy tower despite his protests. I already set up a blanket for us to lay down on, a couple of candles and a couple of presents as well (with the help of Lucius and Remus of course)

"James... Where are we going... I want to go to sleep..." Severus whined to me which I found quite adorable.

"You'll see Sev~" i said in a singsong voice.

When we reached the astronomy tower, i turned towards him.

"Ok Sev. Before we go in, i want you to wear this" i said while taking out a blindfold from my pocket.

Sev just rolled his eyes.

"What's your obsession woth blindfolds. I swear your either trying to kidnap me or rape me" he said slightly annoyed while putting on the blindfold.

I just chuckled at him and dragged him inside.

Once i successfully got him up the stairs without causing him any injuries, i made him sit down on the blanket. I sat down next to him and took off his blindfold. He gasped at what he saw. The stars in the sky spelled out Sev with a big heart surrounding it. He looked at me shoked but i just smiled.

"Happy Belated Birthday Sev"

He tackled me in a hug causing me to laugh at his actions.

"I love you James. So so much" he mumbled while burying his face in the crook of my neck.

"Well guess what..."

"What???" he asked while lifting up his head to look at me.

"I love you more" i said while pecking his lips. The whole night was consistented of us looking up at the stars. Well... Sev was. I was looking at something much much prettier than stars...

Sev of course because no matter how bright the stars shine. Sev is the brightest of them all and I wouldn't give him up for the whole world because he's the one that brightens up my day. No matter the circumstances, no matter the time of day, his always there for me no matter what. And i will always be there for him because his the one for me.
