Tch. Whatever. Thanks, Deku.

Through the time leading up to Kacchan going to Yuuei, I started to make my presence more known to the Bakugou's, starting to clean before they went to bed, bringing the flowers in after everyone was awake, helping them find things they've lost, etc.

At first they were freaked out, but didn't mention it of anything.

Then they started muttering thanks, except for Kacchan, he just made not so annoyed noises at me.

They took it a step further and started telling me good morning, though Kacchan says it more like, "Hey, ghost bitch."

I don't know when they had time to discuss it, but this morning, at breakfast, Kacchan said "Where's the fucking salt?" and I was refilling it in the kitchen. I brought it to him, and he made a noise of annoyance.

Masaru scolded him, saying, "What do you say?"

Kacchan probably would've said, 'Fuck off.' but his mother is also there, and she's scary, so he said, "Tch. Whatever. Thanks, Deku."

I salt phased through one of my hands before I caught it with my other one.

When Kacchan grabbed it, I went back to the kitchen to busy myself with more stuff before I got too stressed.

Mitsuki smacked the back of Kacchan's head and said, "I thought we weren't gonna mention that until we figured it out for sure?"

Masaru hummed in agreement.

Kacchan growled in annoyance before defending himself with, "Well he almost dropped the salt when I called him that so I think that cleared it up."

Masaru sighed. "Well you could've been a bit more gentle about it."

After I put the spices away and wiped down the counters, I went back in there with a small notepad and a pen.

'It's not nice to talk about people behind their backs. Not that you can see my back.' I wrote.

Mitsuki let out a small sound of amusement and Masaru looked at the notepad with a sadness in his eyes.

Kacchan was impatient and asked the question they probably all thought , "So this is Deku?"

'Yes.' I wrote back.

I let them interrogate me, trying to remind them to eat their breakfast before it gets cold all the while.

The first day of Yuuei arrived, and the Bakugou's and I had already gotten almost completely comfortable with each other, and I had even made myself visible to them, sometimes they tried to take some of the chores.

Kacchan and I had gotten close again, mostly because I had cleared up his guilt about my death, telling him everything that had happened that day, and how he wasn't at fault, and if anything it was those toxic kids that poisoned his mind and drove us apart.

Maybe not in those specific words, but the easiest way to say it is that we're friends again. It took a little while to get him to warm up to me, but it's all good now.

Kacchan and I left early, I think he was a bit nervous. Not that he would ever say it out loud.

"So are we gonna mention the ghost thing?" I asked, a bit worried about going to Yuuei as well.

"No way. If I started talking about ghosts, they'd ship me to a mental institution." Kacchan said.

"Good, I think the best part about being a ghost is being able to do ghost things without anyone knowing about it." I say.

"Like cleaning people's houses in the middle of the night?" Kacchan laughs.

I blush, even though I have no blood. "Yeah, like that..." I mutter.

We make it to Yuuei and Kacchan sends me to scout out class 1-A.

I find it and bring him to the classroom. "There, now isn't having a ghost useful?"

Kacchan rolls his eyes before slamming the door open and slamming it shut in my face.

I just phase through it. "Thanks." I know he's just playing around, but I still blow cold air down his shirt. He holds it a shiver and takes a seat.

Comment, I'm lonely.
