Bea's POV

Painting class. I've never been to one, and I've never expected attending one, but here I am with my sister and a bunch of other painters listening to a woman talk about all her experiences in painting. Everything that's coming out of her mouth goes into my ear and out to my other ear, like seriously! This is so boring, but I look at my sister Brenda and all I could see is hope in her eyes..

I know she's only doing this so she can forget about CeeJay and her feelings for him, but I really think this won't work. She's probably going through a hard time right now, but I really hate this painting class. I mean it's summer! We shouldn't be attending any classes right now... We should be having fun and enjoying the sun, but no. I have to do this for my sister...

"Hey Brenda, I have to use the washroom real quick." I whispered to her. She was so into listening to the lady's story that she didn't even hear me.

I really don't know if I need to raise my hand and ask if I can go to the washroom or just walk right out. I feel like I'm in a real class, like in school! Ugh. This is bugging me.. I want to get out of here!

Suddenly, my phone buzzed. Finally! I could use it as an excuse to go out the room! I grabbed my phone out of my shorts' pocket and was shock to see that CeeJay is calling... Again. I realised that I didn't get to answer his call earlier because Brenda was in my room so, I think I should answer it this time, it might be important... Wait, what if he was calling because he dreamt about me too? What am I going to tell him? That I did too?

My phone buzzed again making me jump a little and come back to reality. It was still CeeJay calling. I don't know if I should answer! I don't know why, but all of a sudden I feel so awkward with CeeJay! It's probably because of that dream...

Answer the phone!

Shoot. I totally forgot! I quickly stood up and a few people including Brenda and the lady looked at me.

"I have to get this." I said smiling shyly as I showed them my buzzing phone.

"Yeah sure, go ahead." The lady said with a smile.

I seriously don't even remember her name. She said it a while ago before she started talking about her life, but I wasn't really listening as I've said earlier.

I smiled back and started heading for the door when Brenda spoke.

"I'll use the washroom as well. "

"Alright." The lady said nicely and continued with her story.

Damn it. She's going to hear me talk to CeeJay! Can this be any awkward than it is already? Ugh.

"Wait for me." Brenda said softly.

I was holding the door open waiting for her to get to me so, we can get out. I smiled at her not showing my real emotion right now.

"Thanks." She said as we headed out in the hall.

My phone is still buzzing in my pockets. I hope Brenda doesn't ask who's calling me, because I really don't want to lie to her again. I know he doesn't want to hear CeeJay's name right now...

"Isn't someone calling you?" She asked as we were walking.

"Um, yeah."

I took my phone out and luckily CeeJay stopped calling. He called me 3 times already and I didn't get a chance to pick it up... I wonder what he needs. I was staring at my phone when Brenda suddenly stopped walking.
