Twins of Legend (UNDER MAJOR REVISION)

Chapter 3

Knock! Knock! "Whaaaat!" I semi groan/yell not happy with whoever is waking me up. Opening my eyes I see Kyōshi Yagari making his way to my bed where I'm lying wishing I was still asleep. "Sorry, but your old man wanted me to check on you, I didn't realize you stay in the Night Dorms." he explains while putting a hand on my forehead.

"No temperature" I assume aloud, getting a nod in reply. "So how was your first day as a teacher here?" I ask trying to make conversation. "To tell you the truth it as boring until you showed up" he says chuckling just a bit. Which in turn makes me chuckle as well because Aqua told me all about what had happened when she was walking with me back to my dorm to make sure I would be okay.

"Flame? Are you and Aqua twin vampire hunters?"

"Yes, but we are different we both have equal hunter abilities as if we weren't twins"

"Oh your father wanted me to remind you that tomorrow is St. Xocolatl day and the ball will also be tomorrow night. He's also wanting you and your sister to go out into town to get clothing for the dance, he will have Zero and myself come along in case of any Class E vermin that may come out."

"Kay. So how did you get in here without alerting Kaname?" I asked suddenly realizing that he would have never made it in here if Kuran knew he was here and why he was here. "Your sister Yuki took care of that. Oh, and by the way, you have a half hour to get ready for class tonight."

"1. She's not my sister and never will be. And, 2. You've got to be kidding me! Seriously 30 minutes!" I quickly say as I hurry to grab my uniform and hair brush. While I'm rushing to get my things together my instructor takes his leave and walks out of my room without another word so that I may get dressed in private.

When I finally finish getting ready I race down the stairs to where the others are waiting for me. Being the first one to notice me the creepy Kuran walks up to me once I've finished my dissension towards the group. "Flame as beautiful as always" I hear him say when he reaches me holding out his arm for me to take while we walk to the classroom. As always I turn him down and start talking to Aido and Ruka, my best friends since Cross made me start attending this academy along with Aqua so that we could learn more about the relationship between humans and vampires.

Soon the doors to the dormitory open up I hook arms with my best friends and wait until everyone else, including Kaname, is out the door, then we make our way out to the gates in front of the Night Dorms. Once we reach we can hear the hollers of the Day Class students trying to get our attention. I see all the boys trying to get mine and Ruka's attention, most of the girls are trying to get the attention of the guys. The girls who aren't doing that are yelling at me to get my hands off of Aido.

Just to get to them I wink at them, turn to Aido and pull him in for a kiss. It's a quick kiss on the lips, but slow enough to make the girls even more jealous and upset with me. Aido just goes along with it because we always tease each other like that, it's how our friendship works, its like friends with benefits only not quite like that.

Once that's over we all hook arms again and continue on our way to the classroom. Since we all normally enter the building together, Kaname, Takuma, Hanabusa, Kain, Senri, Rima, Seiren were all outside the building waiting for the three of us to meet them. When we were altogether we all in one place, as a group we entered the large double doors of the classroom.

Upon entering the classroom I see Kyōshi Yagari, excusing myself from the group I walk over to him. His back is to me so I walk quietly over, once I reach him, I jump on his back startling him just a tad. Just to be funny I say jokingly "You know if I were a vampire I could totally drink your blood right now."

"I bet you would Flame. You can get off my back now too. Also, you're late ... Again." He says jokingly at first then grows seriously at the end. "We will talk about this problem after class tonight" he adds while I readjust my skirt from when I had jumped onto his back and climbed off. "Okay, and by the way, your getting glared at by the pure blood vamp creep" I warn.
