Chapter 5

 

Once we got away from Kaname we go into town and begin our shopping. Aqua and I decided on getting some new clothes for the dance tonight, so we went into a store that had completely mine and Aqua's style down to a t. Amazed at how hot I would look in these close I drag Toga over to a clothing rack with me and shove a bunch of hot dresses into his arms to hold until I decide to try them on.

Once I decide that I found enough for me to try out for now (Mainly because I couldn't see Toga anymore). I grab the dress, tops, skirts, pants, etc. Okay let's start with the skirts and work my way to the dresses. In the dressing room I shed my jacket heels and skinny jeans. Trading my jeans for a flowy black skirt that reaches my mid-thigh. Looking in the mirror to see how it looks ... I hate it. With that I slip the skirt off and throw it out over the door to where the boys and Aqua are waiting for me.

Eventually, I get to the dresses. Looking through them I find one that I want to try on. Slipping my Tee and jeans once more, I slip into the dress, zipping it up and tying the ribbon in the back. The dress is strapless with ocean blue fabric underneath black rose lace. Reaching mid-thigh on me, it comes in at just the right places to show off my curves. The skirt is kind of puffy, but in a cute fashionable way not an ugly way. The top of it was a deep ocean blue with no lace. 'Perfect' I think to myself while carefully and quickly slip it off so that I can keep it a surprise for tonight.

After putting my clothes back on, I exit the changing area and hide it behind my back so that no one can see it before the dance. With the others waiting for Aqua to come out with her choice clothing I took the chance to go ahead and pay for my dress, the cashier thanked me for my purchase while putting it in a hot pink-insert gag here-dress box tied with a bright purple ribbon. Taking said box from the cashier I rejoin Zero, and Toga who casually ask me what my dress looks like ... Which of course I say no and that they will have to wait. Well Zero will have to wait because he was the one who'd asked me.

Once Aqua chose what she was going to wear to the dance and had bought it we left, deciding that now was a great time to have lunch at a small restaurant. While waiting for our food to be prepared and brought to our table, we made small, talk ... But to be honest we were all thinking about what we ordered inside our brains. After about ten minutes the waiter came with our food. The waiter placed our dishes in front of us, then left. I ordered a cheese burger pizza and french fries with pickles, and a container of barbecue sauce on the side. Zero ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a small bowl of tomato soup, and crackers on the side. Toga got the same as me claiming he wants to try something different. Aqua chose a BLT with chips on the side.

After we had our fill we took what we didn't touch and put it in to go boxes. We pay and leave, heading to the local orphanage and gave them the still hot food and some cash to provide for the few children that had no home. After that, we all went back to the academy.

That night Adio and Ruka grabbed what they were planning on wearing to the dance and came to my room. We got into our nice suits and dresses ... Well suit and dresses.
