"Hwang Hyunjin"

A few days ago

Life in the city looked a lot more complicated than Hyunjin thought. He just got to Seoul four days ago and decided to stay in a hotel nearby until the selection of the dancers for the play. Yes, He's a dancer, and a wonderful one. After he graduated from school, he decided dancing was what he wanted to do with his life and no matter how hard it'd be, he was going to get it.

He got used to people picking up on him for dancing in school plays or always being chosen as the best in school dances. He never actually cared. He was always happy with himself and loved dancing more than anything else.

"Goodbye, Mr. Yu!" Hyunjin said, waving to the doorman, who happily waved back.

That was something Hyunjin always had, a great personality and charisma. He was just nice. He liked to make feel people like they belonged and be there if they needed it, no matter if they were friends or not... 'Cause anyway, he didn't have many friends either. Or none, to be more specific.

He quickly walked to the bus stop, not wanting to be late for practice. Once he was on the bus, he sat down looking out the window and smiled at the sight of everything. Hyunjin really liked just looking at the landscapes, at the people passing by, the cute dogs running around and the birds flying nearby. It was relaxing.

"Kid, your stop" the driver informed the blond. He was the only one on the bus.

"Thanks! See you tomorrow!" Hyunjin smiled, getting a nod and a small smile from the driver.

It was a freezing morning, but he really loved those, it meant grey clouds and probably a nice rain later, the perfect excuse for him to just snuggle under the bedsheets hugging a pillow and watching movies.

"Morning, Hyunjin!" The lady at the front desk greeted him with a smile.

"Morning, noona!" Hyunjin bowed and smiled back, "Anyone practising yet?"

"Not yet! As usual, you're the first one"

"Oh," he giggled shyly, "Thank you. I'll be up there if anyone else comes"

She nodded and watched the boy head to the elevators. The building was part of the company holding the play, and the dancers convoked were allowed to go there and practice. He was glad, he didn't want to fall down again in the hotel room for trying and practising there.

"Let's begin~" he smiles, entering the empty room.

After what felt like hours but were actually just 50 minutes, Hyunjin stopped. He was panting and exhausted. The choreography was just getting harder and harder with each step he tried to take. It was insane, but he was definitely not going to give up. Not after he invested almost all his savings getting there.

"One more time, come on" he cheered himself up.

The music started playing once more, he took a deep breath and started dancing again. Usually, he'd close his eyes and let the music guide him, that time was no different at all. He let the music and choreography just guide him as a small smile curled on his lips.
