Chapter 1: Raven

Just when my life was ruined forever, things got a lot worst. I was a foster child since I was 4 since my parents got into a car accident and I was at home with my older sister, Victoria. She was 14 at the time and I remember all the tears rushing out of her crystal blue eyes. She turned to me and said
" Raven, Mommy and Daddy got hurt driving home."
" Are they okay???"
She hugged me so tight and wouldn't let go. Now I was crying. She finally said
" We only have each other for now on, I Love you Raven"
" I love you too, Vicky."
She told me to pack a few things I want to keep with me. I brought my teddy bear, my favorite sweater, a few blankets, a few clothes, and a few other things. Victoria brought My Chemical Romance band merch, (including Tee-shirts, CDs, etc), a few blankets, a lot of family photos, and a few other things she needed.
" Some people are going to be here to pick us up and take us somewhere" Victoria said
" Where?"
" I don't know, hopefully somewhere close."
" Are we going to see mommy and daddy again?"
" When we go to heaven"
" Oh. Can we go now?"
" I wish so I could see mommy and daddy again."
We hear a car pull into our driveway, Victoria starts crying. The annoying doorbell rings and Vicky opens it and a tall, skinny man in a black suit is waiting for us.
" Are you Victoria Avery or Raven Avery?
" I'm Victoria and this is Raven"
Vicky points behind her and her finger finds me.
" Hi Raven, I'm Shawn"
" Hi Shawn"
It was so awkward. So he took us inside his van and told us we were going to Virginia.
