Mixed feelings

Monoma's POV

I was all giddy from they day I had, and was getting ready to go to my room when I got the feeling that someone was watching me. I turn my head to see a smiling Kendo with a dumb knowing look on her face. I sighed, and walked over to her knowing I wasn't going to get far before she eventually caught up to me.

"Ugh, What now Kendo?"

"Oh nothing...how was your date?"

"It wasn't a date, we were just hanging out."

"Sureeee. Tell me how it went. Did he ask you out yet?"

"What? no.. why would you think that?"

"I don't know, maybe because you guys seemed pretty close when you got back today."

"My feet were tired."

"Oh my God, how many excuses are you gonna make today Monoma?"

"I hate you."

"Whaaaat? I'm just trying to help. Maybe you should confess."

"Absolutely not. I'm not ruining what I have with him right now."

"Fine just think about it."

I roll my eyes, and make my way up the stairs. When I get to my dorm, I fall back onto my bed, and stare up at the celling. Maybe she's right... I mean what's the worse thing that can happen?

As I slowly drift off to sleep, I think of other things. For once things things that aren't Shinsou related. When I fall asleep that night, I feel good, relaxed almost. That night I dream of something beautiful. I dream of Shinsou.
