Ugh, what is that annoying sound.

Would someone please stop it!

Darkness took over again.

Man I really need to evaluate who I want to be with.

On one hand Zamire has always been so sweet, but if Alex is right he is just using me.

Alex, I don't really know well enough, he tricked me into reading his Great Aunt Seraphina's Grimoire, just to see if I was the right girl, I only know this because when I was reading the words I could hear everyone's thoughts. His were the strongest.

And what am I to do...

Beep...beep...Beep

Oh my god that alarm clock will be the death oh me.

Ouuuuchhhh holy shit my back is killing me and my leg feels broken.

(Italics ) all of what happened rushed back

Oh my god I was hit by a car because Zamire and Alex were arguing. I'm going to kill them both when I get out of ... Where am I?

I slowly open my eyes and I am aware that i am in a hospital and of pressure on my side, Alex is fast asleep, he grew a beard, how long have I been out.

I try to clear my throat but all that comes out is a rasp, it did the job though, Alex sat up like he had been shocked "Oh Sarah we thought you would never wake up, it's all my fault I am so sorry" he finished with tears in his eyes.
"Don't cry Alex I'm okay, a little sore but I'm alive, how long was I out?"

"Two weeks" he said with sadness leaking into his words. "I need to go get the nurse and doctor I will be back" he got up and turned to leave but stopped mid step, turned around and leaned over and kissed my forehead, "I'm glad you are awake."

Needless to say my heart was a flutter. To my embarrassment the heart monitor picked it up. I blushed from head to toe. He was laughing as he walked out of the door.

Alex's p.o.v

I couldn't leave her side not when it was my fault, so I stayed and hardly slept. That night will haunt me forever.

*flash back*
Sarah whipped out her phone and said "I will be the judge of that" but before she could hit a button a car came out of no where and hit her, it came to a grinding stop, but by then damage was done. I screamed but so did everyone else. I got to Sarah before everyone else and I pulled her out from underneath the car, I was screaming at her, " please Sarah please, don't do this, someone call 911 hurry" and I just kept yelling I calmed myself and began chanting a healing spell, the others were to disoriented. I felt warm moisture on my leg, her head was bleeding, oh goddess no!

"CALL 911 NOW SHE IS BLEEDING" that finally woke them up. Zamire just stood helpless and I could tell he was having one of those fight or flight responses going on so I tasked him to give me his jacket to put pressure on he wound, I needed to look at the rest of her, asses the damage. From what I could tell she also had a broken rib and a fractured leg. Gods please send the ambulance faster.

They finally arrived I got in the back and tossed my keys to Zamire, follow in my car. They all nodded.

Since the wreck I refused to leave, even her mom insisted I go eat and rest, but I had to be there when she awoke, I just had to!

End flash back.

Sarah's p.o.v

Finally a nurse walked in.

"Miss Sarah, I'm your nurse Lisa Bennington, let me know if you need anything at all." She looked at me with sympathy, "I could use something to drink please." I try not to move as I thank her.

"Sure, I will be right back. Alex dear you want anything? This young man hasn't left your side he was determined to be here no matter what." She has apparently grown found of him.

"His my knight in stinky armor" I giggle but they soon turn to groans of pain

"I'll have you something for pain when I come back" Mrs Lisa said as she left the room.

"You know what miss I tell you I just bathed" Alex stuck his tongue out at me which only caused more painful giggles, "oh please stop making me laugh, it hurts to much." I reply out of breath.

Then everyone burst into my room.

"Sarah thank his heavenly grace you're alive!" Mom had tears streaming down her face.

Kat and Chel were bawling and hugging, and Zamire was just staring at me with happiness on his face, which turned my stomach, weird maybe I'm imagining if but I swear its like I was gold that he could obtain. Hmm gotta get to the bottom of that.

The doctor arrived right after asking everyone to leave except my mom. Alex started to protest but I tol him "go home eat, sleep and bathe. Then come back, I'm not going any where obviously." He sighed and gave in.

Once everyone hugged me they all headed home.

"Sarah I am Dr. Jenkins and first off you are one lucky lady, things could have been much worse. When you arrived you had a concussion broken leg and a broken rib, but most of it seems to be healing well. We want to keep you here for a few days just to make sure that you are progressing."

I say my thanks and in comes the nurse with my drink and my pain medicine, "okay love, this will knock you out but it will help ease the pain." I nod as I turn my drink up and kill it. I was very thirsty.

"Goodnight sweet heart, I'm going to go home for a bit also, sleep well I love you!"

I felt my eyelids getting heavy and gave in to sleep...
