CAESAR BOX/SQUARE
-A transposition cipher created by Julius Caesar and used in the Roman Empire.

How to encrypt:
-Letters of the message are written in rows in a box and then read by column.

Example: Shout out to the old me
S H O U T
O U T T O
T H E O L
D M E X X

-As much as possible, your box is close to forming a square.
-Count the characters, tas kunin ang square root. Kung hindi whole number, i-round up. Example, may 30 chars yung message. Ang square root nito ay 5.48. I-round up po ito sa 6, meaning magiging 6x5 yung square mo. Their should be 6 columns the write of the message hanggang maubos yung mge letra.
-If their are empty cells, fill it up with letter 'x'.

Final Ciphertext: SOTDH UHMOT EEUTO XTOLX

How to decrypt:
-Write the message in columns and read it by rows.
-Disregard x's.
