How to encode?

We will need a table (see picture for reference) for this code. For the table, we will use keyword to make mixed alphabet. We'll use the keyword ' Charles s'

The next thing we will do is convert our plain text into morse code.
In our example, our PT is ′′ A Tale of Two Cities ′′ We will convert him, we will put x to separate letter and xx words.
So he's like this now:
.- xx-x.- x.-.. x. xx --- x..-. xx-x.-- x --- xx -.-. x.. x -- x.. x.. x. x...

The next thing we will do is let's catch it.
.- x / x-x /.- x x xx x xx x x xx x x --/ x --/ x../ x. x /.../
(In case it's not enough, just put an x or xx in the end to suffice)

Then we will convert him using the table.
.- x =E
x-x =X
etc...

So our final Ciphertext is:
EXERSZMHDNMKZRQWQUC

How to decide?
Just turn it around. First, convert the CT to the table, then to the morse code.

** Note: In our table, no matter what the keyword is, his arrangement is still like that. It's not just hard to memorize because he has a pattern.
Sa first row: 9 dots, 9 dashes, 8 x's
In 2nd row: 3 dots, 3 dashes, 3 x's alternate until all spaces are filled
Sa 3rd row: alternate na 1 dot, 1 dash, 1x
