She Is Mine (Sakura × Chaeyeon)

Chapter 1 Produce 48

Chaeyeon's pov

As I enter the hall were the competition is going to take place I felt eyes on me and whispers. Well I knew that people know me but I just wished they didn't make it too obvious.

I could feel my heart beating and I must admit i was scared. This is my third survival show and I am not going to stop until I debut, I really want to be an idol and this time i have to debut no matter what. All l have to do is to focus, "focus chaeyeon focus you can do it, all you have to do is to forget about all your previous failures. This is your third chance and you have to make it count. Chaeyeon hwaiting!!". I smiled as I motivate myself.

I went and sit down with my fellow trainees from my company. The place was getting crowded, I heard that this year Mnet is collaborating with AKB48. They are well known in Japan and I'm every eager to meet new people and make new friends. Luckly i know Japanese, i was taught by my agency after expressing my desire to learn it. My agency found me a tutor and that's when I started to learn it and I can pretty much say I'm perfect now lol.

As people were coming in, I honestly couldn't find anything interesting and that's when the Japanese trainees started coming in. "Damn they are too cute" i said to myself and chuckle. Out of all AKB48 subs that came, only the main AKB48 division sent too many trainees. Well in Japan they are already considered idols and most of them are already popular in Japan and some even here in Korea.

I felt threatened, well I bet I was not alone at that because since they are popular and have large fanbase it means they have high chance of winning since they might have large number of votes. "Well I just have to do my best, I know I can do this", I comforted myself as I try to forget about my disadvantages and focus on the competition.

As we were sitting the other agency flashed on the screen and it was Japanese agency, AKB48's sub HKT48. As I was sitting there on my chair the trainees appeared and I will be lying if i said I noticed all of them. Well my eyes we on one specific person, she was wearing same clothes as others but she was different. She had different aura and it command everyone in the room to look at her, to acknowledge her. She have shoulder length hair and fair skin and you can see it's smoothness from a distance and pink soft lips. Danm she is beautiful. She was wearing a berret to finish her outfit, it was as if their outfits were made for her. I must say she looks like a goddess.

All I know is want to get close with her I want to be her friend. Her name is Miyawari Sakura and she is Mine, I know i sound possessive but I like her I have to be her friend. As I was still observing her the presenter and judges came in and the competition was about to start.

Well Chaeyeon was pretty but she didn't know or she just didn't embrace it. She didn't have confidence about her visuals infact she had low self-esteem. And these are the after effects of her previous survival shows. Being constantly judged for her looks and not talent made her forget how talented she is and start to constantly be insecure around others even though she is better than them.

Sakuras pov

As walked in I could hear people talking but I couldn't understand what they were saying. I saw the 1st chair high there and it was empty and my fellow trainees kept soothing me about it but there is no way I'm going to sit there. I must say i was tempet but i didnt have enough courage to take the bait. As I was scanning for where to sit, I saw someone by the corner of my eye. She was wearing pink top and blue demin jean and half pony done and I just couldn't look at her.

"Oh shit she is looking at you Sakura. Danm she is pretty". Ok calm down sakura as I tried to halt my thoughts. We went and sit at the last chairs and honestly I could hear people saying my name and I couldn't even understand what they were saying but i kept calm since I know they can't say bad things about me infront of cameras.

As I was sitting I felt a tap on my shoulder and when I look back I see this girl trying to tell me something. It appeared to be hard since I don't understand Hangul and it seems like she didn't know Japanese. "You are beautiful" it's what she said and i honestly gave her the confused look with my eyes until one of my fellow trainees tell me what she meant and I smiled and said, "thank you" to her and she blushed. Oh my gosh what is this.

When I was still talking to my fellow trainees the presenter and judges entered and we both stood up and bow as a sign of respect.

Well Sakura is gorgeous and she knows that and she is confident about her looks and she embrace it. She loves her pointy ears as they boost her confidence and she like to put her hair behind her ears whi h is cute. Sakura was already popular among AKB48 and long with Jurina they were already idols that many akb48 members look up to them.

But now they were trainees they were to learn new things from korean entertainment world which is clearly different from Japanese entertainment world. They could tell just from their clothes. It's all about glitz and glam while Japanese trainees wear same clothes (uniform). Every sub have their own uniform. While from korean side they wore modern. And it seemed like everyone wore their best wardrobe through some wore similar clothes they were pretty.

"Let the competition begin"  it's what presenter said.

Now that Sakura and Chaeyeon have met each what can we expect from them? Will they become close as they desire? Or some bad company wait for them in disguise as angels and in the name of friendship.
