Parking his car up, Minho turns off the engine and steps out. He has arrived back from taking Jeongin to college. Minho was worried at first about telling Jeongin everything since this has happened due to him telling Felix, but at this point, no one should be out of the loop.
"Any news on Hwang Hyunjin in room 0325?" Minho asks the nurse at the help desk.
She takes a few seconds taping away at her computer before letting out a hum, "No, I'm afraid. He is still in an unconscious state."
"Thank you." Minho forces a smile as he turns away to get the elevator up.
Waiting for the elevator to arrive Minho watches as the staircase doors burst open and someone dressed in a hospital gown collapses onto the floor. The person stumbles back to their feet before making a run for the entrance. Minho brushes off as some lunatic as he never got a good look at their face but when he sees Chan come charging down the stairs and following after the gowned man.
"Fuck." Minho mumbles to himself putting two and two together.
The elevator doors open but instead Minho takes the stairs and comes across Changbin and Jisung who are on their way down.
"Ah Minho your back!" Jisung exclaims as he grabs the olders arm, pulling him back down the stairs to the ground floor.
"What happened?" Minho says as he tries to keep up with the worried two in front.
No one replies till they get back into the hallway Minho was just in. Changbin continues to run off ahead while Minho pulls Jisung back demanding to what happened for this to be going on.
Jisung jumps on the spot to gain his words before releasing them at a paste fast enough to be a rap. "I and Changbin went to the toilet. Chan was there when Hyunjin woke up. I don't know what happened before that but when I and Changbin came out of the toilet Chan was chasing after Hyunjin so we're following."
"Felix and Seungmin?" Minho thinks to himself noticing their names not being mentioned.
"Felix took Seungmin out of the room before I and Changbin went to the toilet and we don't know where to." Jisung looks impatiently between Minho and entrance/exit door only 100 yards away.
"I'll go find them." Before Minho even finishes his sentence Jisung is already running off in the direction of the other. Standing still for a moment Minho thinks to where Felix and Seungmin could be.
First, he checks Hyunjins hospital room in case they have gone back and are confused to it being empty. Opening the door wide he finds it still empty, dreading how large this hospital is. Stepping back out int the hallway Minho almost walks into a nurse.
"Sorry." He says with his head low in thought.
"Urgh, you guys again." The nurse snickers as she walks off causing Minho's gaze to follow her.
Before he knew it his feet were also following her and he was opening his mouth, "What do you mean 'you guys'?" Minho pops his head around the nurse's shoulder.
Letting out a sigh and she gently slams her hands down onto her trolly, "I don't know when your friend is going to wake up so stop bugging me." She goes to continue pushing her trolly but Minho grabs it.
"He's already awake I'm looking for two of my other friends, one has blonde hair and freckles the other tall with brown hair." Minho waves his hand in the air to mimic Seungmins height.
The nurse looks at Minho shocked, "He's awake? Then why haven't you gone to get a doctor?" Her eyes narrowing at the immaturity she has been having to deal with in that room.
Minho's about to speak again but the nurse as already left with her trolly gone into someone else's room.
"Fuck." Minho mumbles to himself for the second time today.
Taking a few steps over to a window he looks down and to his surprise there on a bench is Felix and Seungmin. His feet moving before his head he is already halfway down the stairs and going further down. Making it back out to hallway he was originally been in he grabs the closet nurse to him.
"How do I get to the garden?"
The nurse looks at his with disgust for the sudden grabbing, "...That way." He points Minho down the hallway, further into the hospital, with his other arm.
"Thank you, sir." The nurse awkwardly waves his hand Minho baffled by what's just happened.
Above his head, Minho reads on a sign "Communal Gardens" that points him in the direction of a pair of doors. Going through the doors Minho is met by different people staying and visiting the hospital but right now that is non of his concern. All he wants is to get to the boys sat on the bench right in front of him.
"FELIX SEUNGMIN!" Minho yells out, grabbing their attention and others around.
The pair on the bench lifts their head to their names suddenly being called. They see Minho running over with a worried look on his face.
Doubling over Minho puts his hands on his knees, "Hy-Hyunjin" he pants trying to catch his breath. "Hyunjin has run away."
"What?" Seungmin stands up dropping Felix onto the bench.
"He woke up and now Chan, Changbin and Jisung have gone r-running after him." Minho lets out a deep breath. From all his dancing he is physically healthy but using your mental health at the same time is a different thing.
Seungmin pushes past Minho not saying a word, he wants to find Hyunjin and fast before he can do anything reckless.
"Felix?" Minho utters the blondes boy name as he gently sits down on the bench beside him.
Minho waits patiently for the younger to reply. The others are out looking for Hyunjin so staying her to comfort Felix is probably the best thing he can do.
Eventually, Felix shuffles his body to be sitting back up. "I'm scared Minho." His voice wavers as he speaks. "I'm scared I'm never going to get to see Hyunjin again."
Minho looks over to Felix, how is he meant to know what's going inside the others head. How are we as humans meant to know what's going on in others heads when sometimes, we don't even understand what's going on in our own.
"I'm scared with you Felix," Minho steps up from the bench extending an arm out for Felix to take, "So let us go find him."
Felix sniffles at all the bad thoughts going through his head but Minho's hand looks like a good way to escape. A helping hand to pull you out of the dark. That's what Hyunjin needs right now.
"Let's go find him." Felix weakly smiles.
