The Life Changing Trip

Chapter six

* Hayley's Pov *

We woke up early this morning because we were going to go to Disney World for today, but that got cancelled because Renee was missing.

I had woken up by Megan shaking me a little to say that we were going to Disney and to get ready. We went to wake up Renee and her bed was empty and untouched. Her clothes from last night we laying on the bed and same with her pajamas.

So she wouldn't get in trouble, I texted her, but she didn't reply. I went on her instagram to see if she posted anything. She only post pictures if her and Grayson which I assume was from the party, but I'm not quite sure.

After getting dressed, Megan and I go downstairs to see her parents getting ready to go.

"Where's Renee?" Her mom asks.

"Um. About that. She's missing," Megan replies.

"Before jumping to conclusions, I can try texting her," I say before Meg's mom would freak out.

"Okay. Good idea," she replies to me.

I text her again and then Reed.

(H - Me, R - Reed)

H: hey so renee is missing. Did she by any chance go to yall's hotel

R: no. I dont think so hold on

H: okay

R: she didnt. But. Grayson is missing

H: omg ok

"I texted Reed. He said Grayson is missing, too. And Renee hasn't replied yet," I don't mention it's the second time I'm texting her.

"Okay. If we don't find them in an hour, I will alert the police," Megan's mom starts.

"Mom! That's unnecessary," Megan states.

"They can help us find them," She replies back.

"That's true," I say.

It's been thirty minutes and still no sign of Renee and according to Reed, no sign of Grayson.

I go on her twitter. She hasn't tweeted anything.

The sun was coming up and Megan and I decided to take her dog, Maggie, on a walk. She was a Golden Retriever and was so excited to be going on a walk.

We walk outside and start going down the driveway.

"Want to go to Panera's? One of us could sit outside at one of those tables with Maggie and the other can order inside," Meg suggests.

"Sure. Let's go," I smile.

We walk down to the Panera's, which took a while because it was a long walk. I decided to go order while Megan stayed at a table with Maggie.

When I go inside, there wasn't many people, only couples or people by themselves. This one couple needed to get a room, though. I wasn't paying attention, but out the corner of my eye, while I was picking out food on the kiosk thing, I could tell they were making out.

Wait.

I stop what I was doing and turned to see it was Grayson and Renee.

I finish ordering the food and walk up to them. They had empty plates on their table.

"Hayley!" Renee noticed me first.

"Renee. What were you thinking? Why did you leave so early? Even without a note," I ask, but mainly yell.

"I left last night," Renee doesn't even try lying to me.

"Why? Your aunt is worried and Meg and I texted you a lot," I say sternly.

"I'm sorry. It's my fault. I asked her to sneak out with me last night and all we did was walk around," Grayson says.

"Whatever. Come outside. Megan is waiting for me," I turn around and leave. They follow me, hand in hand.

"Meg. Guess who was in there," I say annoyed.

"Who," Her eyes widen when she sees Renee and Grayson walking out the door.

"Them," I say.

"Renee! Ohmygod," Megan says.

"I'm in trouble right," Renee says.

"Most likely. But we can think of something," Megan replies.

Megan and I eat our food and we all walk back towards the beach house.

"So you guys are a thing now," I ask.

"Yea," Renee and Grayson say at the same time.

"So where did you guys even go," Megan asks.

"Downtown Disney," Renee answers.

When we get back to the house, Megan's mom gives Renee a big hug.

"I'm sorry. I asked her to go on a date this morning," Grayson had thought of something to tell her aunt.

"It's okay. Renee, next time leave a note," Her aunt says.
