I sat on my bed staring at Souda's text, pondering if it's the truth or not.
< Souda 🔧
Souda: You're the last person in our class I'm telling this to but Komaeda is gay
Souda: I don't mean it in an offensive way, just stating a fact

I got lost in thought, pondering what Souda said. So much so that I didn't hear the notification I got until a little later.
"Huh?"
I turned on my phone and opened the notification, which was a text from Nanami.
< Nanami 🎮♥️(?)
Nanami: Hey Hinata
Nanami: Did Souda tell you the 'rumor'?
Me: Yeah
Me: Do you know if it's actually true?
Nanami: No I don't. Plus why would you believe something Souda says?
Me: True True
Nanami: Also, you're his best friend. Shouldn't you know?
Me: You're right
Me: Is there anything else you wanted to talk about?
Nanami: Hm, not really. Just didn't want you to get too far ahead of yourself thinking about this rumor
Me: Oh okay
Me: Thank you Nanami
Nanami: No problem!

I smiled as I felt my face heat up...do I have a crush on Nanami? I mean... it'd make sense. But there's still something about it that doesn't make sense to me...it doesn't feel right, though I've been pondering these feelings for months now. I don't know why...but it doesn't feel right to have a crush on her...
