Frank was sitting in a coffee shop. Researching debate topics and, you know, drinking coffee. He heard a loud crash. His head tore up and he ripped out his left headphone, accidentally pressing the pause button that was weirdly placed on the cord. A boy was apologizing to a worker for knocking over a case of who knows what. Frank laughed at him quietly before pressing play again, leaving only one headphone in this time.
The boy made his way to Frank's table. Tapping on the surface 13 times and reaching over, pressing the odd pause button three times, ultimately stopping the music. Frank pulled the second one out and looked angrily at this boy, wondering what the hell he was doing.
"Can I help you?" He said a tad bit rudely, then apologized lightly and sighed. The boy looked up for a second thinking, then smiled and nodded.
"Yes." Frank rose his eyebrows and tiled his head slightly to the right, clicking his tongue and nodding his head slightly downward. The boy let out a breath and held his hand out for Frank to shake. Frank looked at it for a second before warily grabbing it and shaking. His face lit up and he shook back forcefully. "I'm Gerard. Gerard Way."
