My Life with The Doctor

Chapter six: Home

The Tardis materialised in the backyard. Mum heard the noise and came out.
I opened the door and came out and ran up and hugged my mother.
"Oh Georgia! You're back! And the doctor?" She exclaimed excitedly.
"Yes he's coming! And, there's three of us now!" I replied with a grin.
"What?! Three?" She asked.
"Yeah! Me, The Doctor and the Baby!" I replied with a big grin.
"What?! Oh!" She exclaimed then spotted The Doctor coming out of the Tardis holding our baby Daughter.
He walked up to my mother. "Congratulations, Mrs Lyell! You're now a grandmother!" He said a huge proud smile on his face.
"Oh you've got to be kidding me?! First I get a Timelord son-in-law, now I get a Timelord grandchild!" She exclaimed.
We just laughed. "Hope you don't mind Mrs Lyell, but we're gonna stay here for a while until Rose grows up a bit more!" The Doctor explained.
"Ok, yeah, that's fine! But you're gonna help around the house when we need you too mister! I don't care if you're a timeking or whatever you are, you still have to work for your food!!" Mum told him.
"Yep ok! And it's Timelord not Timeking!" He replied a little annoyed.
"Timelord! Whatever!" She said then stormed back into the house.
"Sorry, she gets like that!" I comforted him.
Rose gurgled and squealed. "Oh sounds like it's dinner time!" The Doctor said and handed little Rose to me. I carried the baby into the house, the Doctor followed closely behind. I showed the Doctor my room and he went in and sat on the bed.
"Go get the formula please babe! She's decided she doesn't like my milk! Fussy little Timetot!" I commanded The Doctor. He rushes off and comes back with the bottle. I grab the bottle off him and offer it to little Rose. She takes it and sucks forcefully. The Doctor sat next to me and watched me feed our precious little baby.
"Oh Doctor! Who would've thought that I'd actually fall in love with you, and then marry you, then have your baby! A year ago, all of this was just dreams! But now it's real! A year ago I never imagined that I'd be sitting here on my bed next to the Doctor, feeding our baby!" I said a tear running down my cheek.
The Doctor smiled and wiped away my tear. "I know sweetheart! But it's real! And I wouldn't have it any other way!" He said sweetly and kissed my forehead.
We sat together on my bed as little Rose sucked on her bottle. We knew that the rest of our life together is gonna be a good one!
