A Part of A Hero

As Midoriya hopped down from the building he was perched on, he carried Native down safely before walking up to Todoroki, Bakugou and Iida. These three were all of course very battered up and most were gasping for breath from the battle.
"I'd say that you two have done quite well considering who you were facing, though I did have to alter the trajectory of a few of his attacks with slight gusts so as to avoid any *ahem* fatal wounds."
Bakugou looked him in the eye and said "Thanks ya nerd."
"Calm down Kacchan no need to thank me. Just go back to your usual self alright? And don't worry about Stain, I had already contacted the heroes around here to come right away and informed them all about what happened. And Iida?"

Iida looked over at Midoriya and saw the stern look on his face causing him to avert his gaze with disappointment. He knew what was coming.
"I would scold you for abandoning Manuel when the Nomu attacked, but I know what your feeling, very much so actually."
Iida saw as Midoriya subconsciously rubbed his scars on his body from his previous lives, 'Of course you'd know about revenge... your so much stronger than I am Midoriya, I respect you from the furthest depths of my heart. I hope that one day I can become as great a hero as you.'
Midoriya continued while Iida was in thought, "But I guess Ill leave that to Manuel himself, he should be here soon. As for your next lesson, what do you two suppose we should do with him."
He pointed at Stain's unconscious body as he asked Todoroki and Bakugou the question.

"We should remove his weapons before tightly securing him." Todoroki said calmly,
"I was gonna say that you damn Half n half."
"My names Todoroki."
"Shut it halfy and get to work!"
Todoroki sighed quietly to himself thinking about how Bakugou would probably never call him by his actual name before following Bakugou in removing the hero killer's weapons.

Around half an hour passed before the first batch of pro heroes arrived at the scene. The heroes that showed up were (in this order) Endeavor, Gran Torino, Manuel and two others.
"Stardust! I was beginning to think we wouldn't find you." One of the other heroes said as they made it to the alley.
"Nah its alright, besides look." He pointed to Todoroki, Bakugou and Iida (now healed by Midoriya) standing beside a still unconscious and tied up hero killer.
"I-is that... Stain?! You took him down?!"
Midoriya shook his head at Manuel's comment.
"Not me. Those three did, I simply sat back and helped out, barely though. They handled it well and I gave them the permission to fight so there isn't a reason for any authorities. Also Manuel? I was going to have a talk to Iida, but I think that falls under your responsibilities as his mentor. I believe he knows what he did is wrong so maybe go a little easy."
Manuel nodded knowingly before approaching Iida and talked to him away from everyone else.

Endeavor stepped forwards towards Todoroki, "SHOTOOOOOOO! I KNEW YOU WERE ABLE TO BECOME A GREAT HERO! YOU USED YOUR FIRE RIGHT? RIGHT?! I KNEW I RAISED YOU WE-!"
Todoroki stepped past his father and walked up to Midoriya leaving his father angry behind him,
"Midoriya, what's our next move?"
"Well I think we should-"
"Shoto! I was talking to you! Don't turn your back on your own father!"
Todoroki scoffed before asking Midoriya to continue.
"Right, well as I was saying-"

Endeavor cut in again by placing a hand on Todoroki's shoulder which he briskly brushed off and glared at his father. "You didn't raise me at all, if anything your more of a thorn in my side than a father."
Endeavor couldn't respond so he simply huffed and walked back to where Stain was tied up.
"I'm again sorry about him, please continue."
Midoriya sighed and waved it off, "No need, I was gonna say something but its already here."
"It?"
Midoriya stuck a thumb behind him just as a flying Nomu appeared from around the corner and charged at them. It "auto locked" to Midoriya as if on instinct and went straight at him to scoop him up.

As its claws reached him he stepped to the side and lightly tapped its shoulder-blade where its wings connected to him and froze it instantly. It dropped to the ground now unable to properly fly and it turned to him again and glared.
"Bakugou, Todoroki, next test. Right there." He pointed at the Nomu as Todoroki and Bakugou stepped infront of him.
"Right."
"Ill fuck it up!"
The Nomu charged forwards and the fight started.

Before they knew it, the student / pro internships came to their close leaving the students of 1-A to return to their class and share what they had learned with their assignment, but all anyone could focus on was
"WOAH! YOU THREE GOT TO FIGHT STAIN?! THATS SO COOL!"
"Manly!"
"I wish I could've been there."
"Scary."
"You guys are famous now!"

The class simply couldn't let it go. Todoroki, Bakugou and Iida made it to the front page of Musutafu's most prestigious news paper with the title of "New Generation Stain Removers!".
'Pretty cringy if you ask me.' Midoriya thought as he continued flipping through the paper. 'Huh, Yaoyorozu and Kendo from 1-B made it on second page eh? Right they went to Uwabami's place. I'll congratulate her since everyone is focused on those three.'
Midoriya stood from his seat and walked up to Yaoyorozu who was currently working on her assignment.
"Hey Yaoyorozu."

At his voice she jumped in surprise. "Eh-?! Oh, hello Midoriya. Can I help you?"
"Haha, nah I just wanted to congratulate you on making second page." He held up the paper and pointed to the picture of her and Kendo posing in beautiful dresses with their hair done and everything.
"Oh... that..."
"Is... something wrong?"
Yaoyorozu stayed silent for a second before she spoke up, "Well... I didn't feel like the internship was very Hero oriented. I don't see how all of this," She gestured to the picture, "is something a hero should worry about."
Midoriya tilted his head as he answered, "What do you mean? This is definitely something a hero needs."
This time it was Momo's turn to tilt her head, "I'm sorry I don't follow."
"Well popularity is something that makes a great hero, this is something that will definitely get more pro's eyes on you for your future internships! It also means that you'll be able to get a head start on the popularity polls from the rest of the class. If a hero doesn't have any attention they might lack encouragement from others and a hero without reason is a sloppy one. That can result in accidents, and accidents can lead to unnecessary casualties."

Momo thought for a second, "I see now... thanks Midoriya! I think I'll include that in my assignment then." She smiled,
"No problem! Here." He tore the page out of the paper and handed it to her, "For your fridge or somethin. See ya." He waved before making his way up to Uraraka who was also working on her assignment.
