Isabella Weasley was being violently shaken awake by her sister Ginny Weasley.
"Please Gin, just five more minutes!"
"No! You have been saying that for the past half an hour. Get up, now!"
"No, I won't"
"yes, you will"
"No I won't"
"Okay then, have it your way, I am going to get Fred and George. Bye!"
"No you won't get them!" But Ginny had already disappeared out of the room. She returned after a few minutes with two of her brothers; Fred and George. The three shared smirks at the sight of their sister who had already fallen back asleep. Then, out of nowhere, they jumped onto Isabella at the same time.
"AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGHHHHHHHHH! Get off me! The three of you are very heavy!" Isabella shouted, her voice muffled by the pillow.
"Only if you get up now!" The three replied in a sing-song voice.
"Okay! Okay, but you wait and see, I will get you back for this!"
After the three finally got off her, Isabella quickly brushed her teeth and got dressed. When she exited the room and started descending the stairs, her mother's voice caused her to multiply her speed tenfold, her sleepy face turned to one filled with excitement.
"Hogwarts letters have arrived!"
When she reached the kitchen her mother handed her two letters; her and Ron's. She quickly passed the second one to her brother who had come sprinting in seconds after her and looked down at her own. This was the thing she had been waiting for since Bill received his. It was addressed:
Miss I. Weasley,
The shared bedroom,
The Burrow,
Ottery St. Catchpole.
The letter was made of thick yellowish parchment and it had a purple wax seal which had a coat of arms; a lion, an eagle, a badger, and a snake surrounding a large letter H. Isabella knew that it was the Hogwarts crest. She removed the seal, opened the envelope, took out the letter and read:
HOGWARTS SCHOOL
of WITCHCRAFT and WIZARDRY
Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore
(Order of Merlin, First class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)
Dear Miss Weasley,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

Isabella read her letter again and again, she couldn't believe that her letter had finally come, but there it was, right in her hands. After reading it around five times, Isabella started to fumble with the envelope for the list of books and equipment mentioned in the letter. She found it at once and began reading it:
HOGWARTS SCHOOL
ofWHITCHCRAFTand WIZARDRY
UNIFORM
First-year students will require:
1. Three sets of plain work robes (black)
2. One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear
3. One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar)
4. One winter cloak (black, silver fastenings)
