Y/N POV

I woke up to a cold rush of wind hitting my face.

'Mum it's far too early'

'Y/N, you have to get up or you're going to miss the Hogwarts Express, Draco has been calling your name from downstairs for the past ten minutes'

I mean, I did miss the trio and of course i missed Draco, even though I live opposite Malfoy Manor in Y/L/N Mansions. You see my mother is very close with Narcissa Malfoy and hence my friendship with Draco. We have been best friends since early childhood, so he wasn't too happy when I befriended the golden trio. It's alright though, I like to think he's 'warming up to them.'

I couldn't be asked to take my robes out of my trunk so I just threw on a green plaid skirt and a silky, white, lingerie style shirt. I brushed my hair back, leaving out the two front bits, then held it back with a green headband.

'Y/N would you please hurry up'

Draco really needs to learn how to be patient.

I quickly flicked on some black eyeliner, pulled up my white thigh highs, kicked on my mary-Janes and skipped down the stairs, being careful not to slip.

'Well you took long enough' Draco smirked and looked me up and down.

'Turn around Draco, before you get too excited' I said with a flirtatious wink.

'Oh shut up Y/N don't get too full of yourself'

Draco and I joke flirt a lot. Nothing is genuine we just have that sort of bond.

'Bye darlings!' Mrs Y/L/N yelled as we closed the grand wooden door.

'Y/N, where are your robes?' Draco questioned as we walked to the station.

'Well, I'm too lazy to get them out, anyways you seemed to like my outfit and it's the slytherin colours'

When i first joined Hogwarts the sorting hat couldn't decide whether to sort me into Gryffindor or Slytherin. Eventually, it chose Slytherin as it knew about my friendship with Draco. But, unlike most slytherins, I'm close friends with a lot of Gryffindors such as Harry, Mione, the Weasleys and of course Neville.
