Chapter 4

*Minato pov*

I didn't like yelling at Naruto but the village elders where watching and Naruto ruined the mission so I knew if I didn't yell at him then the elders would have done far worse. I'll explain to Naruto when I get home but for now I know he doesn't want to see me. Obito, Kakashi, and Rin came up to me while I was thanking Kiba for helping us by posing as the bad guy.

Kakashi: He is getting better every day.

Obito: Yeah and the kid even got a new friend!

Rin: But he took his first life...

After Rin said that ever one went silent. Its true my little boy just took his first kill and he isn't even a ninja yet. I'm pretty sure he is going to be scared for life, it is going to haunt him for a while. While I was talking to the people I took care of as kids now family, Kushina ran at me and I put my arms out thinking she was going to hug me... boy was I wrong. Kushina punched the top of my head and started scolding me.

Kushina: HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO OUR BABY!? YOU SCOLDED HIM AND MADE HIM CRY FOR DOING THE SAME THING YOU DID WHEN YOU SAVED ME FROM BEING KID NAPPED!!

Minato: But you have to look at it this way, I was a ninja, Naruto just started the academy.

Kushina: He is your son! He has my strength and smug and he has your speed and sensitivity when it comes to people we care about! We taught him to protect the people he loves for crying out loud! Wait... OMG I NEED TO TELL HITOMI THAT HE LOVES HER OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!

And with that my lovely wife disappeared off to the Hyuga compound forgetting to take Hinata, Oh well she is living with us now until she becomes the clan leader. I'm really proud of Naruto, he did do what I did and save the girl he loves. Lets just hope when he meats Jiraiya-sensei he doesn't go through a pervert state like I did with Kushina... I got scolded by her and she had to wash out all of his doings, but they are still there thats how Naruto was made hehe. lets hope sensei doesn't corrupt him so much my son takes advantage of her being blind, oh well that wont happen he is my son... and Kushina will beat the life out of him too hehe. I went up to Hinata and tapped her letting her know its me.

Minato: Come on Hinata lets get you settled in at your new home. We have an extra room downstairs or if you feel more safe you can sleep in Naruto's room, of course he would sleep on the floor and you on his bed like a gentlemen.

Hinata: Ok thank you lord fourth. Where did Naruto go? I don't see his chakra.

Minato: Oh he is just cooling off, I didn't tell him what was going on and he did something he wasn't supposed to and I yelled at him and now he is just letting off some steam.

Hinata: Oh...

*Time skip to night time* 

I was settling Hinata in her room that she was going to be sharing with Naruto. Once I got her settled in went to Kushina and hugged her tightly.

Kushina: Whats wrong Minato?

Minato: Just... let me stay like this... what if I made Naruto run away? What if my son hates me?

Kushina: Naruto doesn't hate you, your his father, you were just trying to teach him what he did was wrong.

Minato: But he didn't do anything wrong! I did the same thing for you when we where kids!

When I said that, the front door opened and showed Obito and Kakashi and Rin carrying an unconscious Naruto. Me and Kushina rushed over to them and asked what happened.

Obito: We found him on training ground 7.

Kakashi: We were watching over him.
