Almira has been trying to locate Athalia in the past two weeks, but the witch still can't find her. Now, she is sure that a witch is helping Athalia. She was planning to do a stronger locating spell but she still doesn't have the most important herb for that spell. It will be hard to get, but the witch is willing to do anything to get her body back.
Almira saw Xion looking outside the window, watching the sky change its color as the sunrise takes place.
"It's pretty, isn't it?" Xion smiled as she stood by his side, the witch can't help but notice a hint of sadness in his eyes.
"Do you want to get out?" Xion nodded eagerly but looked down as he realizes that he can't still go out in the sun. Unlike the other four, One and Xion can still be burned by the sunlight. It hasn't been that long since they turned. There are still some things that they can't do and one of them is controlling their hunger when they smell blood.
"Come." The witch dragged him at the back door where you can see the garden. He immediately pulled away from her grip when he realized that they are about to go out in the sun.
"What are you doing?" He asked, panic was visible in his face.
"This may sound really cliche but," The witch said then sighed.
"Do you trust me?" Almira offered her right hand with a faint smile on her lips. Xion looks contemplating on whether he would trust the witch or not. But after thinking for a while, he carefully placed his hand on her.
Almira chanted a spell in her mind that could help Xion. He would be able to walk in the sunlight as long as he has a physical contact with the witch. He was amused and she could see the excitement in his eyes. The witch felt a tug on her hand, Xion wanted to let her hand go to run and spin around but she was holding his hand tight. Afraid that the contact would break and burn him.
"Sorry, you'll burn if we lost contact." The witch explained looking a little sorry.
"No, you've done a lot. Thank you." Xion was smiling genuinely and Almira can't help but smile back. The younger one's happiness is contagious.
