For the people who know the game:
This was just a random idea I had after playing the game "Detroit Become Human" (don't worry you don't need to know the game for the story to make sense) and finding out about RK900 and Gavin Reed. This is not a story about those two BUT my characters are heavily based on those two. You will probably find a lot of similarities and honestly, it's fine if you imagine those two while reading. The reason I didn't use those two, in the end, is because they would still sometimes be very OOC, especially in the beginning, too OOC for me, so I hope that doesn't bother you. This is just for fun and an experiment, I didn't write this with the intention to publish it but hey, why not.
A little disclaimer: This is not a romance story. This is more about getting to know the characters better and basically, just me experimenting with some complex characters BUT it's sometimes implied, because I thought about making a little love story out of it but changed my mind in the end, so just a little heads-up! 😉
Last thing:
Don't be surprised about the different lengths of the chapters. Like I already mentioned when I wrote this I never meant for this to go on here, so I basically just wrote without thinking of chapter lengths and stuff like that so I'm sorry if that throws anyone off. I know going from a chapter that's over 2000 words long to a chapter that's only like 500 words long can feel weird. I tried to fix that but honestly, I'm also happy with the short chapters.
Anyway, like I said this was just for fun and after getting into the DBH fandom I just knew I had to write a little random story, I didn't expect it to come out the way it did but I'm happy. So if you have any criticism or ideas let me know. I mean, if you want to, you can always just silently read and judge this story, also fine with me!
